One of the worst Sonic's that I have been to, I have been here multiple times trying and hoping that it was just random that it was bad, but this last visit was the worst.
We placed an order through the app for mobile pickup, once I get there I pull into a mobile pick up stall and check in on the app. I proceed to wait about 10 minutes while watching cars go through the drive thru, while waiting I observe through the windows that the employees were joking around playing on their phones and one was vaping inside. I finally called the store and asked if they were doing mobile pickups or if I needed to go through the drive thru as I had checked in and been waiting for over 10 minutes watching them though the windows horsing around (mobile pickup is right in front with clear view right into the kitchen), she asked my order details and then set the phone down...apparently she thought she hung it up as they all proceeded to mock and make fun of me and that I called asking about my order, sometime finally hung the phone up and a few minutes later someone brought my order out. I informed the last that brought the food that they should make sure the phone is hung up before belittling and mocking the person that called and also to probably not vape or horse around in plain view of waiting customers.
This location also is regularly understaffed and rarely utilizes the parking stalls and usually forces people through the drive thru so they don't have to bring the food out.
Food was terrible, as it generally has been on the couple previous visits. Won't be going back to this location, I will go out of my way to avoid this location as I recommend...

It's actually impressive how many ways they can manage to mess up my order despite going out of my way to accommodate simple understanding. The winner today: ordered a double cheeseburger, only got a single. Check the receipt and right there in black and white: DBL SSCB.
I'm tired of giving this place chances. But to be perfectly fair to this location: they're not the only Sonic location that has a habit of messing up my order. As a matter of fact I have yet to go to a Sonic location that can solve this impossible riddle, lets see if you can piece together the mystery!
Suppose someone orders the following: "bacon double-cheeseburger with mustard and ketchup only." Which of the following is the correct burger: A: A double-hamburger with no cheese, no bacon, but mustard and ketchup. B: A double-cheeseburger with only mustard and ketchup on it. C: A bacon-double-cheeseburger with mustard and ketchup.
Apparently this enigma wrapped in a mystery is simply too complex for Sonic to decipher. Fascinating, considering any time I order a "bacon double-cheeseburger with mustard and ketchup only" at quite literally any other place that sells them they get it correct.
I even went easy on them this time. "A #2 (regular double-cheeseburger) with cheese (should not need to be said considering I'm ordering a cheeseburger, but apparently at Sonic it does need to be said), mustard, and ketchup only." And what do I find when I get home? A single patty.
So with that, I wash my hands of Sonic, and will fist fight someone in the street if they try to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWow. On a sunny Monday morning at 8:51a with 1 other car ahead of us, we pull up to the drive through ordering speaker. We were told it would be a few minutes before I was helped. After about 2 or 3 minutes (not bad) the rep took my order. 1 medium tater tot. We pulled to the window and yhe 1st thing i noticed was his shirt. It looked like he worked 3 12 hour shifts cooking, but in the same shirt. We got our order, pulled off and quickly realized the tots were totally full of grease and tasted old. The tater tots are the reason I go to Sonic. These were not it. I pulled back around to the speaker and told the same guy, "I just came through and ordered tots, they are full of grease, can I have a fresh order please?" His reply, "They're going to be the same. But yeah pull around." š³ "Okay, we'll, can I just get a refund?"....No response. I pull to the window. After about 3 minutes or so he hands me a new sack. I confirmed, "it's going to be the same, right?" He slightly nods. I said, " Well, I'd like a refund" he says, "Since you paid with a card, it's going to take 7 to 14 days before it processes". I said, "that's fine". He said, "I need the receipt." I handed him the receipt and with an attitude, he took it, closed the window, came back within 30 seconds or so and just handed me the receipt back with a small slip on top. Once I took it he closed his window. š³ This was actually my middle schooler's order they used their own money to purchase the order with and they even asked what his issue was. Im.not a huge Sonic person anyhow but probably won't...
