Great workers. Really high prices Lol. But im still trying to figure out why the people on here are lying about most of their problems. Despite whether our Carhops are upset, overwhelmed, and stressed. We are ALWAYS polite to our costumers. YOU DO NOT WAIT 30 MINUTES FOR YOUR FOOD. We would get in trouble for that. Now you guys have to understand that sonic is ALWAYS busy. The only time we are not busy is when it is winter time. Ive been there two years and I see the type of costumers that come in and out of there. Be respectful to us, and learn to have some patience. If you go through drive-thru and order one drink, well beware THERE ARE OTHER CARS IN FRONT OF YOU WHO HAVE PROBABLY ORDERED TONS OF FOOD. Not to mention the headset that is constantly going off for both stalls and Drive-thru. We have 32 stall and one drive-thru. While drive thru may not be as backed up. You guys all SOMEHOW go to a stall and all press that button at the same time. 100% of the time there is only 3 people on headset, so you cannot be upset if we cant get to you. People go through drive thru AND DONT KNOW WHAT THEY WANT! So we have to wait on you guys, while also dealing with the person in the window and trying to bag their food. When you guys pull into a stall, there is a button there to press When you know EXACTLY what you want. But NO you guys press it as soon as you pull into a stall and we have to wait on you to figure out what you want. Lets not forget our event days, your tokens, your coupons, and your text that you get. 100% OF THE TIME, You guys dont tell us you have these things. WE ARE NOT MIND READERS. If we were we would not need headsets. YALL NEED TO TELL US ABOUT THIS WHEN YOURE ORDERING, OTHERWISE IT WONT GET PUT ON YOUR TICKET. So you cannot get mad at us when you come to the window (and we've most likely scanned off your order) and you tell us at the last minute that you have a promo item. We have to ring up and completely DIFFERENT ticket! Its stressful and all you guys have to say about it is rude things. IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT GOES ON IN THE STORE, DONT COMPLAIN! We started off at a car hop vehicle order sign, pressed the button and waited 30 minutes for absolutely no response. It was when we saw a vehicle that we had entered the sonic with leave the drive thru with their food; that we decided to try the drive thru. We get to the drive thru and try to order the King Hawaiian specials But they were out, I can understand that. So we ordered a shake, mozzarella sticks, bacon cheese burger, a cherry limeade onion rings, and a double bacon cheese burger. 15 minutes later we arrived at the drive thru window which is where everything truly headed south.
The drinks came out first, and the top of the shake popped off and almost fell to the ground. 10 minutes after that the food bag came out. It contained cold onion rings, mozzarella sticks with no marinara, and 1 bacon cheeseburger that was coated in mayo outside of the bun. So I questioned the window attendant where my burger was and she just said they were short staffed and she would find it. 5 minutes later she came back with a sandwich, which turned out to be a toaster sandwich, the completely wrong thing that I ordered. I hand it back to her and eventually I received my burger and left.
What should have been a 30 minute ordeal turned into 1 and a half hours of terrible customer service, waiting, and receiving...
Read moreI stopped by for a late breakfast after a chiropractor appt. I was craving some French toast Stix but I knew I needed some real food too. When I pulled up I was happy to.see the screens were working. They don't at some locations I ordered a bacon and egg toaster combo with tots and a diet coke. I added on the French toast stix for dessert. Service was taking a little longer than usual but I could tell something wrong. There was only one car hop serving everyone. I could hear some people in other cars yelling about the wait. I had already tipped on the screen but when she brought out my food I gave her another dollar and commented on how busy she was. She was cool and collected when she said 2 people had called in. So one person was doing the work of 3. My order was correct and the perfect temp. The toaster was cooked just right.
