Took a buddy so he could get drinks for his family, while ordering I decided to also purchase 3 drinks a happy meal and 2 burgers. The wait was outrageous they bring out his order and take my money, wait 5 min..6..7..8.. I hit the button and ask and they say sorry it’ll be out shortly they’re one other vehicle besides me they finally bring me my change just gave me my cash didn’t bother giving me the rest of my change oh well it’s a couple cents I drive away take a drink and it’s awful. We had to have them refund all our drinks after she admittedly said I know something is wrong with our machine and continues to sell messed up drinks. I get my refund on drinks. Drive away realize my child won’t eat her happy meal well the tatir tots are like they have been dipped in jalapeño juice and her chicken strips where burnt to a crisp so I call because I live three towns away and they will not answer or anything. My child is 2! And has managed to get jalapeño tater tots in her eye in my back seat and they don’t even make that such thing!!!

If your posted hours say you’re open until 11 PM, then you should be open until 11 PM. I even called a different Sonic location to ask what was going on, and they told me, “Some Sonics make up their own hours. Try calling back in the morning for a refund.” I did exactly that—and no one answered. This is unacceptable. If you have set business hours, you should honor them. Customers shouldn’t be charged for orders they can’t pick up because your store decided to close early without warning.

I was out with my cousins on a hot day and we all decided me wanted to go to sonic and get some ice cream. So we ordered (context there were 2 shakes and 1 blast) and when we got them we were missing the blast and they had given us 2 strawberry shakes instead. No biggie, pressed the button again and explained the situation. So they sent out this women and she was incredibly rude to me. She was arguing about how she herself had handmade the shakes and made sure they were correct. I still politely explained that it was wrong and insisted that she please replace it. She walks back inside with the shake and about 15 seconds later another girl stalks out with the drink. This drink was disgusting, it seemed as though it was the same drink just with the whipped cream sloppily scraped off with some m&ms plopped on top; the contents were dripping down the sides and I was frankly appalled. Not wanted to disturb them with the button again I decided just to go through the drive through and pay for a brand new one. I paid for the new one but before I left I asked to speak to a manager. Turns out the lady who was quite rude to me is the manager. She came to the window and continued to argue with me about the way I felt about my own treatment. I ended up getting a refund but she (and may I emphasize again the manager) continued to belittle me. I cannot ever recommend someone come here, the treatment is appalling and the hassle it took is simply not worth it. (P.S. Didn’t even mention the other drinks were messed up as well containing multiple...

I never normally have any major issue's with this location but today was just over the top. Went with a friend to get 2 slushee's with nerd in them and they had about 4-10 nerds in each cup. I asked the lady that brought it to my car if she could put more nerds in our cups (I even offered to pay extra) and she claimed she put "lots" in the cup which after stirring and using a spoon was not there. It was obvious to me she didn't want to redo it so I went threw the drive thru. They asked me to wait over the microphone but after a couple of minutes I grew impatient and started to pull straight forward. Abby was extremely rude and started telling me that I was "holding up her line" even though I was the first one there, waited several minutes to not be served, and she had 1 other person in the drive thru. I asked her if she could put more nerds in our cup or give us a little side of nerds (and I offered to pay again even though it's really just simply getting what I ordered the first time) and she said "no" and she gave me attitude and looked at me in anger. Also, Abby said "next time you come threw my drive-thru pull up when I tell you to pull up", as if I didn't wait that whole time. Instead of just giving me what I was more than willing to pay for, she rudely kept telling me how there was enough in the cup (not kidding there was 4-10 nerds) I'm not as upset about my order being wrong it's the fact of how Abby was extremely disrespectful and refused me what I ordered, paid for, and would've paid extra for even though I...

How in the world did this Sonic become 1 of 500? I went with friends last night to grab ice cream and something to eat. My order was placed, and I paid by credit card. My friend's order was placed. We figured out that the two orders were added together. More people ordered on the same patio machine. Come to find out, all three orders were added together and charged to my cc. $53. They were terribly short staffed, and Sonic was super full. Which equated to lots of angry people. It took over 30 minutes to get our food, which was cold and didn't include any napkins or the condiments we requested. In the meantime, the car hop came out three times to figure it all out and separate the three bills. So after we are done eating- almost an hour later - the car hop wanted my cc to refund the $53. She came back to tell me she refunded the $53, but my card had been declined for the right amount and asked for another form of payment. Between it taking so long, whining kids and four trips from the car hop to get it figured out, I lost it and asked to be compensated. This Sonic is always slow. They have had difficulty getting our orders correct - even when it is simply one drink We ask for easy ice - we probably need to clarify the definition of 'easy ice', as we always have a Route 44 full of ice and little drink. My husband has stopped going to this Sonic, and now has asked me to stop going there as well. Shame, as we are usually Soniholocs and buy frequently. Guess QT just got...
