NEVER BUY YOUR FAMILY OR FRIENDS A GIFT CARD FOR THIS RESTAURANT. I HAVE A GIFT CARD THAT SAYS IT'S GOOD FOR 5 YEARS ON THE BACK OF THE CARD. APPARENTLY THIS PLACE WAS BOUGHT BY A NEW COMPANY AND THEIR MANAGER SAID THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO TO HELP ME UNLESS I HAVE THE RECIEPT.... THIS IS A GIFT CARD FROM OVER A YEAR AGO BUT CLEARLY SAYS IT'S GOOD FOR 5 YEARS. SO, THIS RESTAURANT TOOK THE MONEY FOR THE CARD BUT THEY HAVE NO WAY TO TRACK OR REVIEW THE BALANCE HISTORY OR CHARGE HISTORY ON THE CARD. THEY GOT A NEW SYSTEM AND NEW GIFT CARDS A YEAR AGO WHEN THEY CHANGED COMPANIES SO THEY HAVE NO WAY TO READ THE OLD CARDS. THEIR SYSTEM JUST SAYS ERROR, NO BALANCE BECAUSE IT DOESN'T READ THE OLD CARDS... IT HAS DIFFERENT NUMBER LENGTHS. SO, BECAUSE THEY CHANGED SYSTEMS NOW ANYONE THAT HAS AN OLD CARD IS SCREWED UNLESS THEY CARRY AROUND THE RECEIPT. THE EMPLOYEE WAS CONFUSED BECAUSE THEIR SYSTEM WASN'T READING THE CARD. THEN THE MANAGER SAYS UNLESS YOU HAVE THE RECEIPT FROM YOUR FAMILY MEMBER FROM OVER YEAR AGO, THERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO AND HAVE NO WAY TO VERIFY THE BALANCE HISTORY. VERY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE MANAGER NAMED ANON. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT HAVE NO WAY TO REVIEW THE BALANCE HISTORY. THERE'S NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL TO TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT THE BALANCE HISTROY LIKE GIFT CARDS SHOULD HAVE. THE ONLY THING I CAN DO IS TRY TO REMEMBER WHAT FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER GAVE ME THE CARD OVER A YEAR AGO AND THEN HAVE THEM PRINT OFF THEIR BANK STATEMENT SHOWING THE PURCHASE. I'M WILLING TO BET THAT IF YOU SLIDE ONE OF THEIR NEW CARDS THROUGH THEIR NEW SYSTEM IT WONT SAY ERROR MESSAGE....
Read moreOur experience was terrible. It took an hour to get our food, all of it was wrong even when they remade it and our waitress did not attend to our table. Below I’ll list the details.
Our drinks were just carbonation. We had to inform our waitress twice when we all ran out of our drinks and when she brought them back they were incorrect. There was a dead fly stuck to the side of my cup. It took a full hour for us to get our meals. After 30 minutes we approached our waitress to ask where our food was. Before we asked she asked if we needed a to go box not knowing we didn’t have our food. We were the only table in the restaurant. She brought our food a few minutes later. It had obviously been sitting for a long time as it was cold and the cheese was hard. The chicken was cold and rubbery. The pizzas didn’t taste good at all. Pizzas and sides were on different plates and food was missing. They remade a few pizzas that were incorrect. They brought some of the remade food but forgot one pizza. We walked up to find out where it was and they thought for whatever reason we didn’t want to eat it in the restaurant so they made it and put it in a box. The pizza was supposed to be gluten free because I’m gluten intolerant but at that point I just ate it because I didn’t want to wait for them to make a third pizza. Read moreMy daughter (Trinity) already made a post but I wanted to add on for clarification and receipts that what she stated is very true. We were treated very rudely by the red headed (I'm assuming shift lead?). Her body language was disrespectful and to come over and ask "what's the issue?" when all I told the waitress that brought us our food, that mine was incorrect, is just not okay. As a "manager" on duty, this girl should have been the one coming up to us with respect and sharing her concerns that she is sorry her staff couldn't follow very simple directions as shown on the receipt. I do have severe allergies and I did not "choose" to be specific on the receipt of what I needed removed, my body does that for me. At this point, I'm very unsure if I will ever return to this specific location, as there have multiple screwups in the last year.
