I normally have a great experience coming through this Starbucks. However the customer service I received this evening was awful. The young lady took my order and that was fine but when I got to the window I was treated with disrespect. I had turned around to see why my child was screaming (maybe ten seconds if that even) only to turn back to the window to the girl giving me the most disgusted look, not even greeted with a hello. I said hi and apologized. No response. I showed her my phone to scan my app and let her know I would like to use my stars for my drink and she responded very rude “I didn’t hear you” so I apologized and stated again that I wanted to use my stars. She then gave me my order and immediately walked away. No thank you or bye. Maybe she was having a bad day, I don’t know but that’s not a way to treat customers. Read moreI stopped by Starbucks recently to try a TikTok drink I was really excited about. I thought I’d leave with a fun new favorite, but the whole experience was frustrating from the start.
Ordering was rough. I was already nervous and stumbling over my words, but the barista didn’t make it any easier. Instead of writing the order down as I spoke (like most baristas do), they just stood there silently, then asked me to repeat the entire thing once I was done. That made me even more flustered and uncomfortable.
After all that, the drink I got wasn’t even close to what I ordered. It tasted awful—so bad I could barely take a sip and ended up throwing it away. Total letdown.
The lemon loaf was the only decent part of the visit. It was fresh and tasty, but it doesn’t make up for the rest. Not sure I’d go back to that location. The lack of care and attention really ruined...
Read moreI have no complaints about these guys, I used to have a boycott on Starbucks but really I was just not educated in the slightest about what their business was. I just heard from other people that they sucked and trusted their word. But now I've been going through the drive-thru, and just hanging out in their lobby, and it's been wonderful. Service is as quick as it could possibly be with the amount of business that flows through. It's like Chick-fil-A, they are always swarming with people but you get served as quickly as they could. I like how clean the building is, granted, that is because it is new, but I also think that projects how well their cleaning staff is.
