I had arrived in an unpleasant mood, but they greeted and welcomed me. I felt very greeted and welcomed. I come here a lot as I work right down the street, and somehow every time my order gets messed up. I’ve gotten 100% ice when asking for no ice, they don’t always give you an extra shot of espresso, yet charge for it, and I have gotten regular milk when asking and paying for oatmilk. This is just a few examples of the many times my order has been wrong. It is extremely frustrating as I am lactose intolerant and when you pay for something and they continuously mess it up.
