They need to get it together here. I've been to this Taco Bell twice in the last month... And both times I was disappointed. 1st time dinned in. The manager was yelling at employees in front of everyone. It was so loud we could hear everything from the table in the middle of the dining room. Also, I ordered the same $5 box I always order at other taco Bells, and for some reason every thing was way too spicy. It tasted like someone put fire sauce in it. I could barely eat it. Second time I ordered a burito supreme. They didn't make it right. All the sauce, meat and cheese was on top.. Then All beans.... Followed by a DROP of sour cream way at the bottom ( very last bite). What's a supreme burrito without sour cream? Have you ever rolled up a heaping spoon or two of JUST refried beans in a tortilla and tried to eat it? That's EXACTLY what it was like. Not to mention both times the employees all look miserable. Not sure if they've got a bunch of cry babies, or if management there just sucks. Either way it's on management. It's their job to hire...and be able to keep decent employees. The taco Bell on Independence avenue in KC is even better. They suck at wait times some times... But they got the customer service skills and food prep down pat. Maybe they need to promote the manager there and teach Lee's summit taco Bell...
Read moreI have some major opinions on this establishment. The food is sometimes great but sometimes they mess up or make your order wrong. This has happened on multiple occasions. This one time I went through the drive through and I had ordered food and drinks, as you do. And I pull up and they give me my drinks and receipt and smile as if I'm supposed to leave.. I just was confused and said we had some food to. Because i figured the woman forgot but she acted all confused like this was a strange request. She said “I know it’s coming” then LAUGHED. I was so embarrassed and felt dumb for thinking she had forgotten my food. When you give someone their receipt and drinks you don’t smile at them as if they are supposed to go, you should communicate that the food is coming. I ended up actually bawling after this because of a rough day. It made my day tougher. I legitimately started crying because of this experience and I’m not a overly emotional person and have never been shaken up like this. WOULDNT RECOMMEND. (except for the scrumptious...
Read moreI generally don’t post reviews of a place unless it’s really good or really bad service. After repeated bad experiences here, figured it was time. First off, do not order food from here on door dash. The odds that you actually get what you order if you make any alterations (ie no sour cream) is incredibly slim. And any combo that comes with a drink….good luck on the drink, Bc it ain’t coming with. The staff is generally rude and seem very uninterested in the work they are doing. Even something as simple as sauce is a tough job for the crew here. My last experience, asked for hot sauce at the speaker when ordering and again when he handed me the bag. He said “it’s in there” so I said cool and pulled on out. Shockingly enough, when I got just outside the parking lot to check, there was no sauce. Lobby closed (except for the workers inside hanging out), and cars in the drive thru so sauce wasn’t happening. This location is convenient Bc it’s 3 min from my house, but I’ll be driving the extra time to another location...
