I spoke w Mgr 7-13 letting him know WE LOVED FOOD from this location. We try taco bell atleast once per week, ALWAYS have issues with the other 4 closer locations. We want the items we order and the extra WE PAY FOR everytime! Only happens 1 out of 10times. I hate complaining bit HELLO I'm a firm believer in doing what's right!!!! Maybe certain employees don't care, I've recently heard a employee laugh at a customer complaining and said I don't get paid enough to put up w this. 🤔 well customer service is at most important especially in fast foods. Without customer happy coming back you loose ALOT $, jobs and stores. Pay attention to details like this location. I know it can't always look like the picture BUT should be all in the description and or taking off and putting on what's asked especially when the customer is paying extra money per items. I'm sure when each employee goes somewhere they want the same. Right? These employees were friendly, helpful, caring and focused on fulfilling their goals to do their jobs. I applaud the manager for a nice job to him and those employees! Thank you for the clean great yummy foods done correctly as asked for our hard working money. We go out of our way to drive further to get THE GREAT SERVICE/FOODS DONE RIGHT! For all other lessons to be learned. Read more-Abysmal Service. Ordered online on 8/26/24 wanting a quick meal while I work. The gentleman at the speaker was fine but quiet. The gentleman at the window said nothing. The woman who handed me my food rudely said “Here you go.” And that’s it. I am a manager for a QSR and know how service should be. This wasn’t it whatsoever. I don’t expect much from Taco Bell but this was a very poor experience even for Taco Bell. -Old food. I can tell I was given beyond old potatoes in my potato bowl and my potato taco. They were so hard I couldn’t bite into them properly. I had to throw away and waste many little potatoes as I couldn’t eat them. Complete waste of my money if I cannot even get mediocre food. The only positive to my meal was the cinnamon twists and the meat in my crunch taco being fresh. -Fast time. The time it took to get my food was perfectly acceptable and quick. I have no criticisms there. -Overall, clearly misguided employees who are lackadaisical and need direction, and a class or two on customer service. Read moreSo I always have issues with this location. It never fails that every single time I go through the drive-through they mess something up. Either they give me the wrong order or they make something incorrectly or they forget part of my order. But tonight I realized I ordered the wrong thing when I got up to the window to pay for it, and told the person at the window that I ordered the wrong thing and asked if I could change it and he told me that was not possible because they were busy. So basically there is nothing about this Taco Bell that is at all worth going to. Because God forbid that a customer orders the wrong thing and would like to change it so that they could get what they meant to order. Because customer satisfaction means nothing at fast food restaurants for some reason.
Adding more to my review, tonight (09/18/2017), I ordered several things, but I went to get my Doritos Locos Taco out of the bag and the entire contents of the Taco fell out in my car.
