TanTaste - Taco Bell: Big Cheezit Crunch Wrap Supreme
In recent months I have been fasting the bold cheesy flavors of the Taco Bell menu. However, while browsing the internet just last week I came across an add for their new "Big Cheez-It Crunch Wrap Supreme." In that moment my life found a whole new purpose and meaning.
It was time to break my fast.
I pulled in to the Taco Bell drive through with my glutinous maximous puckered with excitement. It was my turn to order, and I decided to go with the "Big Cheez-It Box" for right around $10.
I was handed my cardboard box of food and I drove with much haste to my work parking lot to chow down upon what I hoped to be the greatest marriage of 2 foods I adore.
Upon first inspection, it appeared to look like just any old crunch wrap. But I won't hold that against it. What's on the inside is what counts here.
I prepared my self spiritually for the first bite, thanking God ,Taco Bell, and the spirits of my Mother Father making all of this possible.
I grabbed ahold of the crunch wrap with both hands and let the beautiful concoction approach my mouth. Once I could feel the tortilla in my mouth cavity, my brain sent signals to my jaws to engage.
"I cannot wait to feel and taste that delightful Cheez-It crunch that I remember from my childhood," I thought at my teeth met the grilled tortilla. My teeth sink into the crunch wrap and..

My Big Taco Bell Cheezit had absorbed all of the Taco Bell juices and left me with a sorry excuse of a TACO BELL BIG CHEEZ IT CRUNCH WRAP...

Not only was my food great, but the customer service was far beyond anything Iāve ever experienced when getting late night food, no matter the brand or company. I came through at 12:30am. I know the staff is tired. I know everyone is ready to go home, and they still treated me no different than a customer that came through at 2:00pm. A very rude young woman came on the intercom to inform me they are not open and not ready yet. I said that was fine and asked when would they would be ready as I was in no hurry. She quickly replied very rudly they would not be open or ready. The manager has to jump in on the intercom and say they would be ready at 8am. I asked why the young lady would say such a thing and she jumped back on and interrupted her manager and said rudely that again becasue they are not open till 8 and don't have any product. I told her she was rude and drove away. I called the manager over the phone to voice my complaint and he was very nice and understood. I know everyone is short staffed but this employee needs to learn customer service and maybe decide a different...
