This employee just threatened me at the Lee Summit Missouri location she threatened to smack my phone out of my hand and she was very very very rude then when I told her I didn't want to deal with her she really became hostile and it all started because I asked her to get the manager for me then when I asked her to get the manager for me he said he's there and I couldn't believe she use the Lords name in vain like that for one to treated me like this this is how it all started I came in I asked her to get the manager Jeremy that's when I realized I had a different receipt and the other one so then she says well go get the receipt first and then I'll go get him because he's busy I said can you just go get him for me please I should not have to go to this for you to get a manager I asked you to do her job please so that's when she started yelling saying Jesus and I didn't appreciate that at all then I proceeded to take a picture of her so that I can have proof of who she was then she threatened me saying if you take a picture of me I'm going to smack your phone out of your hand so I took a picture of her still to show that she was very very rude and ignorant and not realizing her job is at jeopardy When you threaten to smack a customer I will make it my everyday mission to make sure this woman gets in trouble for treating a customer like this I could not believe it. Then the supervisor apologized for her behavior and I appreciated the apology however this behavior is and was not called for she treated me like dirt in my opinion was because I was black but I am not for sure. I am sorry but black people can make great money too it is not my fault she works at Taco Bell and she is not satisfied with her career. Read moreI love taco but this location isn't great. So today they were out of ice. I didn't know this until I pulled up to the window. I asked to cancel my order. The manager said "you want to cancel your oder because we are out of ice" and I said "yes". He said "is that the only reason you want to cancel your order" and I again said "yes". He told me that they have ice up front and he could get me some ice. I told him ok. He gave me an attitude about wanting to cancel. I get it but I came here for a hot meal and a cold drink. If I can't get that, I'd like to go somewhere else. I took the order. I was asked if I wanted sauce and responded with yes, mild please. No sauce, no napkins. I ordered my tacos supreme and that didn't happen. To top it off the soda was out. Im sure that wasn't their fault but anyways I wont be back to this location. Read moreThe entire drive thru experience took about 20 minutes when I was the only car in line. Firstly I do wanna say that my food was good, it was the service that was bad and the employees didn’t seem to know their own policies. I ordered the new refresca freeze in a size large but the employee gave me a small. Since I was charged for a large I asked for the large but she told me that because it’s a new flavor she can’t give me a large. She then said that her manager got upset with her for giving another customer a large previously. But my question is why are they charging people for a large when they are only giving people smalls? I’ve never had a problem with getting a large freeze before so I was super confused. I do think these employees were new and we’re just misinformed but the management should know that they need better training and not charging customers...
