So I went here for my birthday today. My mother took me, it was her first experience. Every table was dirty. There were no customers in there so it had to have been dirty from the night before or earlier lunch rush. We went in around 1 o’clock. we both ordered the Caribbean jerk and I’ve had this wrap at other locations and it was spicy and delicious. That was not the experience. It was very bland. It look like one or two day old vegetables in in it, it was not delicious. I ordered the street corn side and it did not have any sauce. It was just corn. There was no seasoning. There was no sauce that went in it. There was no cheese. There was nothing that I’m used to from another location. my mother ordered the broccoli salad, which was just chopped broccoli, and some nuts. They had one brownie left, no cookies, and the brownie was at least two or three days old. the soda machine was mostly carbonation. The workers were not happy to be serving people. Read moreOrdered night of Halloween (only reason I’m leaving review now is because after emailing about my experience I was insulted by the manager Alan insinuating that I didn’t even make a transaction at his location even though I have the bank statement to prove it) and the food was not good. The lettuce was old and the chicken was chewy and my kids were not fans of the quesadillas. We spent $49 only to get home and realize this as we ordered to go. We tried to muster through the food because it was late and we were hungry but honestly it was gross.
Fast forward to me emailing corporate and getting a response from the manager Alan who told me he couldn’t find my transaction in his system and that he had to protect his business. The manager, Im guessing,, said there is no way we can refund just the drinks. We would have to refund the whole thing and rering it. I stood waiting like go ahead and they just kept looking at me. I just threw the cups away and walked out.. Not rating the food. First and last time. I only wish I had not tipped.
