Wingstop — Restaurant in Lee's Summit

I worked there with a friend and the manager (Winston) made my friend pick up chicken off the floor and still had him serve it to people. How does that make sense? This establishment is not comparable to the location in KC.

To add onto this, he was subjected to work with dishes when he has an allergy with the sanitizer used and the manager said there were multiple other people with the same problem. This should not be a problem, the way he went about solving the problem was not. He does not care about workers as much as he does about profits for the company and for his own benefits.

While I was working there I had to sit in the back for over an hour doing nothing while the line was busy and I asked to clock in for work, however that never happened. Avoid the lees summit location Wingstop if you want clean, swift and accurate results.

I walked into Wingstop and asked for my pickup order. Immediately, I was rudely told to wait. Moments later a kid came in and shot me with a nerf gun because of an ongoing nerf war tournament. After the shooting was over, the boy started picking up all the bullets, but the workers started screaming at him and cussing him out. They then proceeded to take his gun. From their point of view this is understandable, but it gets worse. After this occurred they kicked the boy out. Everything was fine until about a minute later when 2 workers accused us of being with the boy and they started to also cuss us out. First time to wingstop and even though the reviews worried me, it was a good experience. Mostly because Jada was super helpful and accommodating - I had ordered wings I thought I could share with my toddler, but when they were too spicy for her liking I went up to order her plain wings. Jada was super accommodating and promised them within 5 minutes as she walked back to the kitchen to expedite my order - and not any longer than I got back to my table and had started cooling off some fries for my toddler to eat in the meantime, Jada was walking over with a box full of plain chicken fresh for my daughter.
