It’s a “treat to order out”, $$ is an issue & w/out the value pak coupons, etc which we use to do we haven’t been ordering bc I’ve been looking for “deals” ; which have been consistently disappointed by bc of the qlty/size,etc of the food. Samantha told me they don’t do coupons anymore but I could ask for a $5 off coupon ea time off my next meal (plus gave me a 10% off from their website). No other restaurant has told me about their deals but more importantly I know I will receive high qlty food!!! Read moreI want to like this place. They have good kid options. They added a service charge so they could pay their employees more during COVID, which I loved. But the food is regardless far overpriced for what you get. I ordered cashew chicken online and paid extra to add zucchini and mushrooms, making it around $20. The veggies weren't added. I ordered the Springfield cashew chicken which is advertised as having chopped zucchini and mushrooms. I called when I picked it up, because my dish has no veggies. I was told they're mixed in the sauce. They must be minced or invisible. I told them it was misleading and was told I just had to come in and see the menu. They also gave me the incorrect side with my combo. For a little over $17, I got fried chicken nuggets with dry cashews and a brown sauce. The orange chicken, General Tso's, sesame chicken all tastes the same. The food is ok, but for those prices, I'm hesitant to keep ordering here when I can't even get what I ordered for that price. Or if they don't carry zucchini and mushrooms, take them off the menu? Honestly, I'm pretty sure this is the sauce for the pot stickers I got and they left out the sauce for my meal. I could be wrong. But the employee on the phone insisted I had it and I wasn't going...
Read moreI received a menu from a flyer passed out to the homes in the area. When I tried to place a dinner combo, I was told that was for the Express location only. I then placed a regular order from the menu. To my surprise, the amounts were much higher when I went to pay. Apparently, the menu prices read $1.50 less than what is being charged. Then why pass out menus with the wrong prices? Bait and switch. I ordered Generals chicken and it was over cooked, like chewing leather. I suspect it had been in the warmer all day or reheated from the previous day. It had no spice at all and it should have some heat to it. I had to throw it out, it was that awful. The shrimp and mixed vegetables had about 8 shrimp, also overcooked, with raw vegetables and little flavor. The fried rice appeared to just be colored rice. It had no flavor and tasted like it was old. I also had a coupon for 2 free Crab Rangoon. I told the call taker that I had the coupon. She said "we give you 4 free with coupon at this location." Ok, cool. When I get the order, there were only 2. So, don't tell me you will give me 4. The food was disgusting...
