She believes that I am trying to sabotage her and threw out there she was a single mom. my reviews are not personal.. well this paragraph is because of the backlash but initially, it was not.

I waited 30 minutes in line for donuts with my family. Which is fine, there was a long line and I made the decision to wait. When we finally made it to the window, we tried to order 3 donuts and were told they couldn't make them because they had had a power surge and the fryers were restarted. The girl said that we could come back and the fryers should be to temperature in 15 minutes. This is where my issue was. Some type of sign or letting the cars waiting in line know that they had no donuts so those of us who couldn't wait, could leave is what I would expect out of a business. I messaged the page on facebook, assuming that they would take feedback, apologize, and the next time something like this happens, make an attempt to let people know so they don't pointlessly wait in line. Melissa can't see the point that my disgruntlement comes from the way things were handled but believes I was upset about waiting about getting my donut. She informed me that most people go there for coffee and not donuts so it'd be redundant to let everyone know about the delay in donuts. I updated my previous recommendation because I did not her attitude or business practice. However, I did say in the review, that I was not talking about the coffee since I had never tried it. Melissa flipped a lid which was not only unprofessional but not called for. I didn't talk trash about her publicly or her business, I just changed my recommendation. She made a comment about my non-recommendation being vague, so here is the non-vague full story.

I came here for the first time today after hearing ravings reviews. The owner answered all my questions and was super nice even after I walked up to the window because I didn't realize it was a drive through! The place was super busy and popular. Here are my highlights and lowlights High: great service, timely manner for service (around 10 minutes for 1 dozen donuts FRESH and a breakfast sandwich) Low: I was not impressed with the food. I got a breakfast sandwich (egg, cheese, and an everything bagel) The egg was cooked on a very small skillet and was not proportionate to the bagel, so about half of the bagel was plain and the other half had a clump of egg. This wouldn't have bothered me so much except there was no butter or oil on the bagel, it was so dry! The donuts tasted like pillsbury crescent rolls covered in sugar. They weren't bad, but definitely a unique buttery and flakey texture. I was hoping for a soft, sweet dough like most other donuts.

Very convenient. Good coffee and donuts. Breakfast sandwiches available. Service was okay. The server was never rude or brusque, but, wasn't quite friendly either. She never smiled or thanked me for my business. I wasn't rude nor did I approach the business with my car stereo blasting. I have been there before and received friendlier service. Debit/credit cards accepted. Doughnuts are made fresh when you order, so, expect a short wait. It's worth it! Bring $ for a tip. Update: Sunday morning 🌄, April 2021; I ordered a coffee ☕ and cinnamon sugar donut 🍩 and asked if they knew a place I could stop 🛑 and read my 🗞️ newspaper. They said I could use the picnic table on the property. I enjoyed my cuppa and flakey doughnut 🍩 with my read. I think 🤔 the table belongs to the landscaping company that CC resides at.
