A Truly Memorable Dining Experience at Mint. From the Moment I Walked Into Mint I knew I was into something special.Every Bite was a Celebration of Flavor. The Bagari Shrimp and Chicken Aamwala were a Standout.Perfectly balanced with Layers of Taste that Lingered in the best way.You can tell that the chef cooks with skill and passion. The Ingredients were Fresh , presentation was artful, even the sides felt thoughtfully crafted. Was specially impressed by the starter Lasooni gobi which was not only delicious but felt like a creative twist on a classic.Portions were generous without being overwhelming - True value for money. The Ambiance hits that sweet spot between elegant and relaxed.Warm lighting, tasteful decor and a layout that gives you a sense of space while still feeling intimate. It’s the kind of space where you could enjoy a romantic evening, celebrate birthday or even unwind solo with a glass of wine/beer .Little touches- The soft Indian background music and friendly greetings as you walk in makes the whole experience feel elevated. Staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and looked after. Our server Jay struck the perfect balance between being attentive and giving us space. They offered insightful menu suggestions , checked in at the rightful times , and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do.It’s rare to feel this taken care of without any sense of overkill.just genuine hospitality done right. Mint isn’t just a place to eat,it’s a place to enjoy.A masterclass in how food, service and atmosphere comes together to create a full sensory experience.Highly recommended , already on my list for a...
Read moreWe walked in and were greeted nicely. We sat down and ordered 2 dosas and 2 parathas. The food came in reasonably quicker than most other places. However, the first dosa was under-cooked and one of the parathas was also under-cooked. The second dosa came out was OK. We asked the first dosa to be cancelled and instead ordered a cabbage poriyal. Also asked the under-cooked paratha to be fully cooked and brought back. While the paratha never came back, the cabbage poriyal was barely cooked. We complained and were talked to SO RUDELY by the server and the owner. I understand that maybe they cook the cabbage that way only. But to tell us that we are too picky and do not deserve to eat out AND that we should just cook for ourselves at home and eat, WAS JUST NOT DONE! The owner actually insisted on us to go in their kitchen and cook our meal ourselves, a clear violation of regulations if nothing else. We were insulted in front of other guests for asking our food to be cooked properly. Eventually they charged us only for the things we found OK. At this point, we just wanted to get out and save ourselves more insults from the owner and the staff. TOTALLY FORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE. I do not post negative reviews for places if someone accepts that their service wasn't the best. I do not want people to lose business if they know they can improve. But this was the first time someone insulted me for just asking my food to be cooked a certain way. I'd stay far away...

From the moment I walked into Mint Restaurant, I knew I was in for something special. Nestled in the heart of Lee, MA, this spot is cozy, inviting, and full of charm. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure every guest had a great experience.
Now let’s talk food—absolutely incredible. Every dish was bursting with flavor and clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Whether you're into traditional Indian dishes or modern takes, Mint balances both perfectly. I especially loved the the Bhamia Koota, a unique Calcutta Jewish specialty with spiced lamb, okra, and a rich tamarind tomato sauce. It was phenomenal—bold, savory, and unlike anything I’ve ever had before. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the lamb was melt-in-your-mouth tender. I also had the Makabar Shrimp, and it was just as impressive—juicy, beautifully spiced, and full of vibrant flavor. The naan was fresh and fluffy, and the chutneys added just the right kick.
Service was prompt without feeling rushed, and the staff were happy to offer recommendations and explain the menu. The ambiance was relaxing, with just the right mix of elegance and comfort—perfect for a date night or a family dinner.
Overall, Mint Restaurant is a must-visit if you’re anywhere near Lee or passing through the Berkshires. A+ for food, service, and experience. I’ll definitely be...
