Five Star Seafood — Restaurant in Leesburg

To the manager... I've been a customer for quite some time and have been holding off on this review for over 6 months hoping for improvement and because I didn't want to sound like a "karen". First off you have two workers I'm familiar with. The gentleman seems to to listen and care and the female seems to just tell you what you want to hear (no smile) and then still gives me overcooked clam strips. I suppose it's time to find another establishment that appreciates me as a customer and does as I ask. Because Everytime it's overdone I'm just adding up how much money I've wasted overtime there. Today my kids chicken dinner was also hard and dry and the fries were not cooked enough. 😒 The only good things were the milkshakes. I suppose it doesn't matter if you loose my business. But unfortunately for me there are not a lot of places serving clam strips. Maybe I have to see who's working before I order I don't know. But I would'nt have to anoy your worker as I apparently do and ask EVERY time not to ovetcook my clam strips if it didn't happen so often. And today was a disaster the chicken was hard... Literally. The fries not cooked enough and I guess I'm not coming back because you only have one worker that seems to care and get it right. I ended up stewing for my hr long car ride on how I can't eat half my strips. Thanks for wasting my money again. I should have just gone with milkshakes all around. I recently dined at Five Star Seafood Restaurant and tried their Cod Fish & Fries for $12.83. While the price felt reasonable, I would have preferred it if the meal included two pieces of fish, as the portion felt a bit on the lighter side. The fries, though slightly over-crisped for my liking, were redeemed by a tasty seasoning that kept me munching. I just hope they don’t come back to haunt me with a bout of reflux! 🤭😋

The atmosphere was welcoming, with a casual yet clean setup. The decor leaned towards a classic seafood joint aesthetic, which paired well with the laid-back vibe. The bathroom had a nice aroma and great hand soap! 🫠The staff provided friendly service, ensuring a smooth dining experience.

In terms of food quality, the taste was decent, and the seasoning definitely stood out. However, the crispness of the fries may not suit everyone's preferences. The presentation of the food was simple but appetizing. While the variety on the menu seemed promising, the portion sizes could be improved to better match the pricing.

Food is great but there is a kid that works the front and can not stay off his phone and headphones.... I have had a few orders go South because I am not sure he is 100% at work. Maybe to bue playing keyboard warrior..... His mother is his boss so that is an issue..... Anyway plan on speaking to the owner ...He is super cool....You will like this... Went to eat there tonight and the owner was there... He asked me to leave and said I harassed his employee... I saw this coming... The owner is there most nights I am there to get a "To Go" order So he here's me talking to his help. The mother probably had a fit because I did this write up above...... Her son can not take a simple order without getting it wrong..... I would also like to see the camera footage and audio of me in the store...... Spend 30-40$ when I go up there...To me without getting proof of me harring his employees without getting my side of the story is not right but look at the owner all is here say... (Foreign guy).
