NO NO NO.....Went to visit Solo Pizza and it will be my first and last. I know the owner was popular with his guests they have all followed him to the new venue from Giovanni's Pizza HOWEVER it took nearly 50 minutes for our pizza to land on our table (while we watched servers congregating and playing on phones), when it did arrive it was the wrong one. When we told the waitress its covered in unidentifiable meat, they took it away, only for another more senior waitress to come to the table to say are you sure you don't want to eat this one (what????)....I had seen people come and go while still we waited. I could handle a wait, but in meantime I was refilling my own drink, had no silverware, the waitress assigned to our table avoided us and made no eye contact...The pizza was finally delivered and so undercooked that their was a pool of watery liquid floating on top the pizza the pizza was wet and soggy underneath to top it off she never came back with our plates so we ate a slice each wrapped in our napkins till we found some mini bread plates to transfer our pizza from next to the soda fountain. Even when the bill came, (the credit card had no pen to sign the check....) I don't care if you are day 3...this was horrendous service, the pizza was wet and the crust flavorless. I ordinarily do second chances as you were busy and a new restaurant but sorry Solo, you are flying solo with our family. Missing Pizzarella's already, you could count on a...

Thursday evening was the third time that I went to "Solo" to pick up a pizza. On two separate occasions, the owner was not there, and both times, when I called the restaurant, and specifically asked when ordering both my pizzas, on separate occasions, I specifically asked them to "cut it, and I wanted thin crust..", on both occasions, they did not cut the pizza, nor was it thin crust, and on both occasions, when I opened the pizza and tried to eat a piece of pizza the cheese fell off, it was a total mess, and when I opened the pizza and keep in mind we only live right around the corner so it's not like the pizza moved in the car but both times when I opened the pizza it was not presentable, and the cheese just fell off!! It was a total mess!! I guess it's like they say, "three strikes and your're out. ?" I always wanted to patronize this business and the owner, however, I'm no longer going to go there because it seems like every time I go there they mess everything up? I really don't understand that? The slogan in the restaurant is " I GOT YOU.."? It doesn't seem like they "got me.."!!! 🤔🤔

I can’t believe I’ve known Said for 15 years at this point and the atmosphere and service and quality of food is top notch.
This is one of those restaurants that reminds you that you’re valued and you feel like family walking in because you are. It makes Leesburg feel like a small community again and there isn’t a single person that isn’t impacted by the energy coming from the staff and restaurant. The place is just its own vibe.
Speaking of family, my kids were on the basis of wanting to go get pizza from Uncle Said.
As for the food and quality of service. The food is top notch. From the appetizers to the sandwiches, you can’t go wrong. As for the pizza, I know Rocco’s got voted best slice of pizza in VA, but that was before Said opened his own place up and created Solo’s. So do yourself a favor, go get a pie, and join the movement like the rest of us.
Our go to’s include their mozz sticks, calamari, garlic knots, all their pizza, chicken parm, cheesesteak sub, Caesar salad, any of the desserts, baked ziti, and...
