This subway location is horrible! The subway employees that were working here on 4/18/24 at 12:00 pm are rude and possess no customer etiquette. We patronized this subway location, and we were inside the subway restaurant for 10 minutes, and we were never acknowledged by any of the three employees working. We were the only customers that were there. These employees need some training to learn that the reason they have their jobs is to serve the customers! Without customers, there would be no need to hire them! Extremely poor customer service and bad business at this subway in Leesburg, GA!!!!
On Saturday, January 18, 2025, I placed an online order on the subway app. The order was supposed to be ready for pick up at 1:00 pm. My husband arrived at the Leesburg Georgia location, and the employee told my husband she hadn't received an online order. My online account was showing that the order was ready. Our bank account was debited $15.99, $1.00, and $4.00 worth of my points. We received no food and no refund. Today, monday, January 20, 2025, I received an email stating that the order was canceled and our money would be debited back into our account. This subway location is problematic. I asked if instead of getting the two 20oz (40oz together) cups i could instead get the one large 32 oz cup. She acted as if that was an issue and had to see if the system would do it? Why? Technically id be getting less soda to behin with in turn saving the company money. But she insisted with an attutude. In the end i was charged an upgraded price for a large drink when i wouldve gotten more with the small cups at a cheaper price. I was told its whatever im not going to argue with it today. I said thats fine but im right. Could care less about the upgraded charge. Read moreThis was by far the worst experience we've had at this Subway yet. Two people on the clock and one working. Stephanie was rude, lazy, and literally just stood there and let Von do everything. It took 25 minutes to make 3 sandwiches and lots of people behind us in line. Our one sub we had toasted was cold to top it off. We had to microwave it as soon as we got home to eat a mile away from the store. This store is usually ok, but as of today...we will not be back.
