Very angry and disappointed with my last visit to Andali's. I have been eating here for the last 20 years and have usually had a good to at least decent experience, but today was different.
The boneless wings, which I have gotten many times before, had basically no sauce on them. The sauce was dried up and soaked into about half of the wings and none on the other half. I decided to try the the mozzarella sticks for the first time and was disappointed that the order includes 4 sticks for $3.85, nearly a dollar per stick. We also really love the steak pizza and get it here all the time. We pay the steep price of $18 because it is a great quality pizza. That same quality I have come to expect was not there on this pizza. It was soggy and lacked the key ingredients I have come to expect. We also purchased cannoli's for the first time and when we got home we realized that they were not in our bag. We had items missing from our order in past but they would usually bring us the missing items. We called and were informed that we, "are supposed to know to go into the drink fridge and pick them up on our way out" when picking up an order. We were also informed that they, "will not deliver them or refund us the money for them because we were supposed to know." Again, this was my first time ordering cannoli's and had no way of knowing I was responsible for them.
I am very disappointed in the quality of food and this is the worst service I have had here. Very unlikely to go back. After all of these years of being a faithful customer, this is the last straw. I am very frustrated. They can keep the $5 and...
Read moreI've been patronizing this place weekly for over 20 years. I'm not sure what's changed in the past few months but almost every takeout order we get has something wrong. Tonight for example we ordered food for 6 of us. A few dinners and subs. We specifically ordered a plain ham and cheese with only mayo because my son is allergic to onions. It's even on the receipt. Thank God I looked before feeding it to him because it came loaded with onions, lettuce, tomatos, oil and vinegar. Salt, pepper, and who knows what else. My son also had soccer practice tonight so he wasn't able to eat it until 7 and we picked up the food around 4:30. So of course with all the oil and vinegar the roll is so soggy no one would want to eat it anyway. We won't be ordering here anymore. At least, not for awhile. Hopefully whoever is in charge works on making some changes or this place will continue to lose business. Extremely disappointed as this was one of our favorite places...
Read moreThis restaurant deserves all the praise. It’s spotless inside, and the staff at the front are not only professional but genuinely kind. Every time I order, the food is fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious—you can taste the care in every bite. I especially appreciate the gentleman with the gold necklace; it feels like he puts extra love into everything he prepares.
What impressed me most was the customer service. On one visit, my hands were full, and without me even asking, they carried my pizza out to my car. That thoughtful gesture perfectly sums up the atmosphere here—warm, attentive, and family-like.
If I could, I’d take this spot with me to North Carolina. Until then, I’ll just say this: it’s the best pizza around, no question. They also acknowledged my rescue dog, Marley, which was so nice!...
