I am just dumbfounded that when you order something simple like an ice tea and ask for extra blueberry flavor and extra sugar and it most definitely taste plain you call to let them know so they can remake it when you are done with your shift or for the following day and the manager stated to hold on to the drink, do not drink it and save it till today or tomorrow. So now I have to cart around an ice tea just to replace it? Also ordered a matcha latte large which no longer is a large but possibly a medium and the reason for the shortage stated by the manager is due to the matcha power sitting at the bottom of the cup and they want to avoid that by reducing the amount they put in the cup, if that’s the case don’t charge everyone for a large when really it’s a medium at best. The attitude I received from both the girl who made my drinks and the manger is beyond me. I come to this location everyday before work and even after work and this would be the first time I’ve ever had this bad experience and been told the reason why my matcha came up short was due to the powder sitting on the bottom of the cup. I am not carting around a full large ice tea till I have enough time to replace it. I was at the Leesport Dunkin drive thru to get a Hot Caramel Macchiato, no whip cream, no extra sugar. Got it & drove on down the highway. When I took a sip, it tasted like black coffee with cream. I opened it & it had whip cream in it which I asked not to have. I called & the lady I spoke to was very nice, took my name & said to stop back & she would make sure I would get the correct one. When I came back I told a young dark hair women who I think was the mgr. She insisted there were no women working there earlier when I was there. I told her a girl took my order. She questioned me more about the coffee. She said she would make me a new one this time as tho I was lying. I then showed her my wrong coffee cup with the print out sticker on it which said I was there at 12:05pm & it just said Macchiato no whip cream. There was no caramel in it at all. When you pay $4 something for a coffee, you expect to get the right one. I understand there are mistakes sometimes but this dark hair mgr was not nice at all. Don’t even bother making a mobile order to this location. On multiple occasions I have made mobile orders and gotten there and things weren’t available or they did not start the order until we arrived even thought I submitted the order way in advance and they weren’t busy. Last time I made an order, got there and of course munchkins were not available. They told me they couldn’t give me a refund and that I would have. To contact customer service. I left the store with no refund and no munchkins. They didn’t even provide me with details to give customer support when I called. I first contacted customer support through email which was getting nowhere. Then I called. The person on the phone said the store owner said they contacted you and resolved the issue. THEY DID NOT.
