So, I'm normally not big on writing reviews, unless I am really impressed (or disappointed!). We ate here the other night, and the experience was wonderful. The restaurant is set in an old vintage hotel (it's nice to see people buying these old historic buildings and keeping them alive). The atmosphere is cozy with soft Caribbean music playing in the background to set the mood. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the time we walked in the door. We got to speak with the owner and chef, and were told everything was prepared to order. I got the whole snapper fish which was excellent; done perfectly and just the right amount if spiciness. The chef will make it as spicy (or non spicy) as you wish. All in all it was a great experience and we'll definitely be back. This place is unbelievable. The Marleys pasta is absolutely delicious, the plantains are to die for, the jerk chicken perogies are next level. The tacos are incredible, the Mules are absolutely fantastic, and the service is NEXT LEVEL!!!! The ambiance in here is so fantastic too it's so clean and wonderful. I travel for work and this is one of the best places in the COUNTRY for food! You have to try this place! Oh and for dessert? The cinnamon roll cake?!?!
