I have family that live in the community and they are not able to use any of the perks of the community like working out swimming tennis anything because they work night shift and when they're finally off and they have to keep their schedule they're not open which I find very disturbing because they pay all that money for dues in the community and they can't even use their family activities centers I think that the community needs to come up with something like a lock and key for those who do work night shift they would still be accessible to the equipment and the things that they want to use at their time and their pleasure of doing so cuz you got to admit pain all that money for being in a community that you can't even use the accommodations pretty much just want to move out and give a horrible review of the place.. I know in PCP they had accommodations like that where it was like a hotel key but you'd have to ask for it if you know you work tonight shift or what not. Very upstanding community maybe not in the past but they definitely show promising progress and still evolving and I know that this community has a lot of potential that you need to think about the people that pay for the houses in that community and what shifts did they work and what's fair and what's not there because I know if I peed all that money I'd want to use it without messing up my work schedule My daily routine. The community supposed to accommodate and my brother-in-law pays his dues faithfully when due. All I'm saying is the community should be more mindful of others in their schedules be more mindful, and be humble God don't like ugly. The community is a great community it's got a lot of promising future and I root for this place it's a blast fun environment nice people it's great recommended to everybody and it's also recommend being more mindful to the people that actually live in that community and would like to use to accommodations there and can't because of their work schedule that's all overall great place good...
Read moreI had booked this special dinner for my girlfriend and I anniversary. Before the waitress even took our order, my girlfriend made it very clear that she is severely allergic to all nuts, all shellfish, and all sesame. At first, the waitress was very accommodating and had made it clear that she had communicated my girlfriend‘s allergies to the kitchen and that there should be no cross-contamination. had ordered an appetizer a salad that they had made modifications to where there would be no nuts and no sesame in the dressing or as toppings to the salad. My girlfriend does not particularly eat meat, and the menu was very limited to what she could eat. She had ordered a Bolognese to which, when it came to the table, the waitress had specified that she double checked with the kitchen and confirmed that there were no nuts/allergens. One bite into the pasta, and my girlfriend had already felt an allergic reaction coming on. she had rushed to the bathroom. The manager had come to the table and explained to me that they confirmed that there was indeed nuts in the pasta. the paramedics from the hotel came however it took a long time for her to be transported from the hotel to the EMT ambulance. my girlfriend was rushed to the nearest hospital for a severe anaphylactic reaction where we had stayed in the hospital for six hours plus, and unfortunately, we had to catch a flight the day of. Since then, my girlfriend has tried to contact the hotel along with the restaurant and no one has responded. we are looking forward to a response soon to settle this ordeal. We are very disappointed that this had happened, especially since, prior to booking this reservation, I had made it very clear that this was an anniversary dinner. since the hotel is a very well-known hotel in Las Vegas it is expected that allergies, such as my girlfriend’s, should be addressed thoroughly. this was my girlfriend’s first time in Vegas and thus, it has negatively affected her...
Read moreOne Star – General Manager Ruined Our Experience
We were in the Poconos for a weekend birthday getaway and were excited to dine out—unfortunately, this restaurant left a terrible impression thanks to the general manager, Brian.
From the moment we arrived, Brian treated our group with an unnecessary level of suspicion, clearly due to our age, even though every one of us is of legal drinking age. We willingly provided our IDs, which he took for an excessive 10 minutes, bending and inspecting them as if we were trying to pull a fast one. When he returned them, he claimed the scanner was broken and asked to take them again—without a hint of politeness or professionalism. His attitude was passive-aggressive and dismissive from the start.
What made things even more uncomfortable was a wildly inappropriate and sexist comment Brian made to the three women in our group about “scandalous bathing suits at the pool.” This was completely uncalled for, offensive, and made us feel singled out and disrespected. We all work in hospitality and food service and have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from someone in a leadership role. Additionally, the food was sub par and our drink order was messed up and took 15-20 minutes for us to receive our drinks.
To top it off, he mentioned he would bring out birthday cake and sing, but never followed through. It felt like an empty gesture, especially after how poorly he treated us.
The only redeeming part of the evening was our server, Caralyn, who was an absolute gem. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to try and make our night better. She’s the only reason we didn’t walk out mid-meal.
Brian’s conduct was completely unacceptable, and we hope the management takes a serious look at how guests are being treated. We will not...
