The meats were cooked to absolute perfection — juicy, flavorful, and packed with that slow-smoked richness you can only get from true pitmasters. The ribs fell right off the bone, the brisket melted in my mouth, and the pulled pork had the perfect balance of seasoning and sauce. The view of the disc golf course from inside or the amazing wrap around deck is absolutely stunning and the variety of beer and beverages hits the mark.

The sides were just as impressive — creamy mac and cheese, delicious slaw that tasted homemade. You can tell everything is made with care and passion. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better.

BBQ Underground is truly an amazing barbecue place! I've never had a bad bite of anything here! Every time I go to Maple Hill, I have to get barbecue. No matter what.

Normally, when cooking at home,, when I make a pulled pork sandwich, it's just pulled pork on a bun. But when I am at BBQ Underground, I get it with the coleslaw, crispy onions, candied jalapeños, and their Memphis sauce, and it takes me to another place! Definitely always need a fork and lots of extra napkins, but it is worth every penny and every bite!

When I think about it, it makes me drool.

Only open two months and already operating like a well-oiled machine. Great food, insane atmosphere looking over 18’s fairway and tee, and wonderful owner/host with Chris being a great conversation and putting so much care into this. It was so rainy when we were there and kind of early, so it was quiet, but the room could probably get pretty noisy later. Not a complaint, but there was a question for the review, so…

Anyway, can’t wait to find a way back up here from Philly. Such a bucket list experience, and this place put the icing...
