I seen Bills pizzeria on social media figured why not check them out and try the fisherman's platter I seen advertised for me and my g.f . And daughter wanted a small pizza. Placed the order at 630 was told 45 - 1 hour. I was ok with the delivery time until the food got delivered. Both fisherman's platter was ice cold, the scallops was like rubber, the shrimp did not even have the red shell off the shrimp and the fish was like chewing a sponge, then my daughter opens her pizza box and the pizza is stuck to the paper they placed under the pizza and when she tries to pull a piece of pizza apart from the pie, all the cheese fell off the slice. This is just another junk joint that don't care nothing about there customers because if I knew I had a $70.00 order going out the door I would make sure the food gets there hot and good but instead BILLS PIZZERIA the only thing you did was lose a customer tonight for not caring about how we receive your food that we order.. TO ANYBODY READING THIS ...SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY FROM SOME WHERE ELSE. THIS PLACE CARES ONLY ABOUT YOUR MONEY AND NOT YOUR SATISFACTION.....STAY AWAY..
Response to owner comment,,Update , 3/20 / 25, When I ordered my food your employee asked me where I was located and he had no problem telling me a delivery time and charging me a delivery fee. Please do not try to justify the lack of care for customer service and use the delivery distance a factor for the poor quality you sent to me for my order. Lets look at the facts seen that you wanted to respond to my review. Your employee took the time to ask someone if you delivered to my area and i was told yes. You work with food daily so therefore you as the owner would know that any deep fried food would arrive to me cold but instead of factoring that in, you only cared about my $70 dollars you made from me. You as the owner should of cared enough to say " yes we deliver but not to your distance, due to a possibility of your order will be delivered cold" and care enough about people and your business to show your customers you care about the quality of food and service you provide, but instead you cared more about that sale and making a profit. You can stop calling my phone as well....people have the right to know the truth and like everyone knows first impressions are the most important ones....and your business failed with me. Customer service failed and most important the quality of food you want to deliver to people at a quality price failed. Read moreBeware of the greasy cold food. The icing on the cake with this place is its always twisted to be the customers fault. Im not sure what happened to this place recently but it seems like some of the veteran workers have become a little too comfortable in their postitions. A sandwich off the grill shouldn't be a sloppy soggy mess that literally falls apart in your hands. When you call to ask for a new sub instead of saying sorry they say what do you expect when you order a sandwich with mayo. Well I expect you to take the 10 seconds to make sure you're not putting all the grease off of the grill into one sandwich. Other sandwich was ordered with lettuce and tomato and did not come with it. Not sure whats going on there but it's gone down hill enough to the point thar they have lost us as customers. Two orders ago it was 2 cold pizzas which we were promised a credit for after being told its our fault for ordering on a Saturday night. That credit "disappeared." Time to take some accountability and stop blaming the customers for bad food and even worse management. Just want to add that this was picked up and opened within 5 minutes of leaving the pizza place so you can't even blame it on a long delivery. You can clearly see how soggy the sandwich is, but I guess that's just from the mayo 😉

Well they did reach out. Harassed us to take the review down. We told them we'd think about it and they had the nerve to even show up at my house asking to take the review down. Super unprofessional. I'm guessing the only reason they still have decent reviews is because they like to bully people into taking them down.

Read moreWanted to try had never been before. Called and Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza on a gluten free crust. 1st problem was it was $15. Get it for $7 from good guys and northeast. So that alone is enough to never go back. Anyway, got to the car opened the box to just take a peek. The pizza had beaded chicken. I was perplexed. A GF pizza crust with breaded chicken, never seen that before. So i went back in and asked if I could have a new one made with grilled chicken. The guy up front tried to blame me. Said thats how they make it and they didnt do anything wrong. Seems to defeat the purpose of a GF crust. I explained that I couldnt take this I needed a new one. He was as rude as they come. Saying that the peraon who took my order didnt do anything wrong and how they dont offer a true GF pizza. I again said that BREADED chicken defeated the purpose. And this guy went on and on and on on how it was my fault not his. This was a simple fix. So after 5 min of back and forth he made a new pizza with grilled chicken.
