Starbucks — Restaurant in Lemoore

The lobby is pretty clean, except there seems to always be boxes in one area of the store, like always! And this makes the environment not very inviting, being that seating space is kind of limited. But I don't really mind it because I get my drink and leave. Staff, hmmm....hit or miss. Sometimes you'll get a barista that is helpful and at other times the barista may have the attitude as if they do not want to be there. One thing I did notice and this has been pretty consistent, is that my drink is always made wrong or my order is messed up and the manager is the one who usually makes my drinks. Lastly, I feel like telling your coworker/employee to take their break in front of customers is kinda unprofessional. I do like that there is a starbucks on base and that they open...

Only good for an impulse Starbucks run on base. Their rewards system “is currently down” every time I’ve gone in there for the past month so I’ve walked away not purchasing anything each time and instead gone 15 minutes into town. Sure, the staff is always friendly but the inside lounge area is small, dark, and usually cluttered with shipping boxes making it less than ideal for cafe dining. I am starting to get the feeling that they are not going to offer the Starbucks rewards on base for some reason. That’s a shame. Makes it feel like they are taking advantage of the military when they don’t offer the same benefits they do to civilian customers just a few miles...

More often than not this location has been lacking in customer service lately. Last week when they forgot my whipped cream the barista simply took off the flat lid sprayed some whipped cream and then put the same lid back on flooding the lid and cup itself with coffee making a mess even though they weren't out of the domed lids. Today I'd received a coffee, different barista and about 2/3rds of the way through my drink I got a hair in my mouth through the straw. I tried calling just to give them a heads up, but the phone goes straight to voicemail and the...
