Los Tres Amigos Michigan Center — Restaurant in Leoni Township

I think 1 star is being generous. Family and I went there. No one was there besides a couple who decided to talk to people on speaker phone. I ordered the special dinner. I said no chili relleno. When the waitress brought out my plate, she said they put it on anyways. My tamale was basically a rubber chunk. My fiance ordered chicken strips. The waitress convinced her to order the adult meal which were marinated chicken thrown in a fryer with no batter. The kids chicken tenders were the ones she wanted. My oldest daughter ordered a quesadilla and the waitress did not verify or ask what filling she wanted. So we assumed it would be cheese. It came out with cheese. They didn't want to remake it without chicken. My youngest daughter ordered nachos with just beef and cheese. She asked if it was spicy. She said no not at all. When the nachos came out they had beef lettuce sour cream and queso cheese (which is a somewhat spicy cheese) I told the waitress about it and she went to get a manger. I expressed to her my concerns and that we didn't like any of it and her response was there was nothing she could do and since it was going to waste she would...

First of all I have been told not to waste my money going here, however I thought I'd make my own opinion and try it... Yep waste of money and time!!! Waitess seated us, took our drink orderes, brings us our drinks which didn't even take a total of 2 mins and asks us if we are ready to order (well no just opened the menu) so my fiance asks for chips n salsa which they are supposed to bring to you without having to be asked. We order our food and it's not what was ordered then I guess she decided that you argue with the customers instead of makeing sure she knew what the hell she was talking about, she didnt know the difference between white sauce and red sauce! The other waitress who took the time to look at the menu even told her it was the wrong buritto and she still wanted to argue. Meanwhile we were the only customers there and they were talking about how slow business has been, well that's not too hard to believe or figure out. The service sucks!!! Also might want to take some time in keeping the place clean and supplied, the bathroom didn't have any paper towel and the whole place just looks dingy! Honestly suprised the place...

It's hot or miss on takeout, I personally will never eat or order there again. We ordered inside for to go, the cook had to remake the shrimp chimichamga, it was all tied up and handed to us. Get it home it's not a shrimp one it's chicken and barely any chicken in it. Comments were made while waiting that the cook was drunk. When I called to let them know the order was wrong, I was told it's posted it's our responsibility to make sure to go order is correct. Well no, we were the only ones there, cook had to make it twice the bag tied tightly. It's the servers job to make sure the order is correct. There was no pico, lettuce sour cream. I took the order back up, cause I can guarantee they would not have eaten it. I don't want my money back for the meal or the generous tip given. If the cook was drunk that does explain it of course your supervisor said he's fine. I'll go with the other servers comments. I've had food credits before from mi center location.
