The Pizza Parlor — Restaurant in LeRoy

We eat here a few times a month, and the pizza is pretty good with generous toppings. I like to get chicken strips and fries at many restaurants when I can't decide what I want, but I was disappointed when they were made in an air fryer. To many of you, that may be a good thing, but to we fat people, that's just wrong! Anyway, we went in there today, and I thought I might go after their great salad bar until the waiter walked by with some tacos for another table. They looked great, and I ordered them myself. These tacos were full, and the meat tasted great, but wasn't so greasy that it ruined the shells before I could eat them. I had a great taco salad in the tray with what fell off as I ate the taco, and I enjoyed it as well with the provided fork. What an amazing surprise!! We were invited to go to The Pizza Parlor with friends a short while ago, and what a treat!! It is located in a restored building in LeRoy, KS. The owners are working hard to build a great Main Street and The Pizza Parlor is certainly a draw! The scent alone would draw you in if you didn't already have plans. Their pizza options and presentations are mouthwatering, but for me, their calzones will always have my heart! One calzone will easily feed 2 hungry people or in my case, me and me later! The Everything Calzone is just what it sounds like and definitely has me dreaming of going back again soon. I have to add, they serve Coke products so I was already giving them a positive slant walking in the door and seeing some great Coca-Cola memorabilia. Best pizza in the area, friendly staff, great prices, great lil salad bar and PIE GALORE! All of that in a cute little parlor style, tucked away in a small Kansas town.
