UPDATE: THIS LOCATION CLOSED DOWN. WONDER IF IT'S THE TERRIBLE SERVICE? I PERSONALLY EXPERIENCE IT. I always wanted to go there. Because I always drive by. Finally go up there all excited and I didn't get greeted and I was ignored. I was extremely disappointed I left. It wasn't busy and there was another couple there. She was busy gabbing away. So I walk around she still never acknowledge me. It seemed over priced too. I think if you are going to run a business you need to greet people and make them at home. I didn't feel it here.

Great place to visit! The shop is cozy and inviting, the food is wonderful and the people are awesome! They really try and help you get exactly what you're looking for. They are very knowledgeable about what they do and the products they have. We tried many of their baked goods and they were all delicious! The coffee was great too! We bought some focaccia, 4 different kinds. We also bought some creme brulee along with some cheesecake. They also had a great array of cheeses which were delicious. Overall a lovely place!

Spotted this little cottage on the road and turned around to come back for an afternoon treat. Nice plum cake, but not really a "cake" but more like a tea pastry. Had Mexican spicy ice coffee w/ it. Nice little arbor area if you want to eat outside in garden like atmosphere. There was a lovely plant on my inside table w a nice view out the window. Inside is small and they seem to do most of their business selling their various breads to commercial customers.

Best bread I have ever eaten, even better than the bread from world famous bakeries I tried in France. My favorites are the Olive, Blueberry, and Cranberry breads.

This location is their wood fired brick oven bread baking facility where you can watch them bake and you can only purchase their bread and a few limited products. The main facility is just out of town on the highway and has pastries and other products.

I know many people that have managed or worked here over the years so I know it's history and have seen "behind the scenes"

Lynnwood was a key person in setting up the recipes, cooking methods, and sourcing ingredients they still use but he retired. He apprenticed at a world recognized baking/pastry training facility in Europe. The ingredients used are all top quality and some are imported the same place used during Lynnwood's apprenticeship. The ingredients and prep/baking methods are the secret to their quality you won't find from any mass produced product purchased from a grocery store or even at the...

Bathroom smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, spider in the corner next to the sink peeling borders. I get that they are going for a laid back hipster vibe but the cleanliness was unacceptable. Several baked goods were out uncovered and there were several flies crawling/flying around. The outdoor gazebo seating was scenic with a well maintained landscape. Despite the cleaning issue we tried the sticky buns, about $5 each after tax. The topping of chopped pecans and caramel was good but wasn't enough to make it seem like a treat. It was more like a dinner roll than a dessert. My wife asked me if there was something wrong with them after the first bite because of the bite of the sourdough, after the first bite it's less noticable but we didn't take too many more bites mainly ate the topping and tossed the roll. Maybe the other...

My wife and I stopped here on our way home from our anniversary trip. I wasn't thrilled to be stopping in, but my wife was excited about it. I expected the typical little small town bakery, but was pleasantly surprised. We got some of their bread and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I've never had anything like it, and it is quite delicious. You can tell by talking to the workers that they are passionate about what they do. It's amazing that they can survive in such a small rural town. I've read some reviews complaining about their prices, but I would point out that this isn't Pizza Hut… it's a small local business crafting handmade goods with passion and skill. The prices seemed reasonable to me. Please get out and support this business.

I wish this business much luck,...
