Luigi's Pizza Factory — Restaurant in Letterkenny Township

I’ve ordered food from here 3 times and all 3 times they messed up my orders and tonight when I brought it to their attention the man was very disrespectful. I ordered pizza the first time and received it with no sauce at all on it. The second order was two subs and when I got them everything that I asked to be on them was not and everything that I didn’t want was on them. This time the fries were burnt and instead of a cheese pizza I got pepperoni instead. All 3 times the receipts showed my orders the way that I ordered them but the food that I got did not match what I had ordered. When I went in to take the food back tonight he argued that the fries were not burnt even though he could clearly see that they were black. And when he saw that I ordered an extra cheese pizza and got a pepperoni pizza he asks “why couldn’t you have just taken the pepperonis off of it?” , my reply being because that is not what I ordered and paid for. He then gets an attitude and tells his cashier to remove my “account” from their system so I can never order from them again, to which my reply was don’t worry I won’t waste my money here anymore because you obviously can’t read the orders to make what your customers order anyways. Don’t waste your money...

We’ve passed this place a few times but never stopped in. I’m a real estate agent and find my way up here to show properties sometimes. We stopped in for dinner tonight after a showing and I can confidently say it exceeded expectations by far! I got a Caesar wrap that was one of the best I’ve had. Fries were fresh cut. My son got pizza and I tried a bite which was wonderful. Husband got a meatball sub that he loved. Daughter got a cheese quesadilla. And as minor as this may be, I got tap water and it was great. The environment was very clean and the staff (two younger gals) were pleasant, on top of table cleaning and serving, and even offered us boxes without us prompting. We will certainly be back when life brings...

I have eaten here at least 20+ times, and the food is always on point! The food is always prepared with consistency that delivers in the taste department! Food is only part of our experience as we eat. Staff is and cleanliness makes up a huge part of the dining experience. I always find the place is clean and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. I sincerely hope the owners stay on the current path they have started on and continue to be prosperous. Give this...
