The Breakfast Shop — Restaurant in Lewisburg

I discovered this place a couple of months ago, and found I've not been missing much. I have eaten there three times. First time the meat and 2, but the portions were very small for what you pay. Second time I went for a meat and 3, and literally got smaller portions for more money. The third time I just got a burger and fries, which was pretty good - but just a burger. I have tried to go back FIVE times since, and each time found they were closed long before their posted time. At least an hour each time. Today I walked in, and was told they were already closed - with people still seated and eating. I won't waste MY TIME trying to go again. They obviously do not need (or want)...

Absolutely wonderful breakfast! I was so excited to see old fashioned pancakes arrive to our table. My family are very picky eaters and like things cooked differently; so to have all our food cooked to perfection as ordered was a lovely start to the day. Nice little place to get filled up for breakfast. We were traveling through and wanted something other than chain restaurant or fast food. Good fresh food, good portions, great friendly service. Also a nice old fashioned laid back atmosphere. You can sit at a booth or table or at the counter. They were short-staffed, but did an awesome job getting our food out with little wait. Will definitely be back next time...
