Aroma Joe's Lewiston - Drive Thru & Walk-up Window — Restaurant in Lewiston

The walk-up service is never good! Today I walked up, and after ringing the bell I stood in the heat for a solid 5 minutes, seeing girls walking by, before ringing again and then waiting another 2 minutes, finally someone came, to which I said “hello” nicer than I really had to be after waiting so long, just for her to stare back at me and say nothing. This was honestly very disappointing as someone who used to work at aroma joes, there a consistent pattern of new hires that are not friendly. Honestly, I was a huge fan of this aroma joes, but the quality of the drinks has gone completely downhill. I went there tonight and a girl with glasses and curly hair made my drink(rocket pop) and it tasted like straight water. This isn't the first time it has happened, but there is just no consistency to this establishment. When i go to the one in Lisbon i know the drink will always be amazing, but this location is absolutely horrible. Don't waste your hard earned money for a water and avoid this place at all costs.

I normally love this location, but running late for work I decided to go to the walk-up window this a.m. where I was ignored, walked past, and at one point they even smiled as though it was funny! Not ok, coming to the window to maybe full me in on whether I'm unable to order there or not would have been not only helpful but f'in respectful!!!!
