Went to get 2 sandwiches after a colonoscopy so I hadn't eaten in 2 days 6 employees behind the counter not a soul standing in line we stood there for a few minutes nobody said anything so we figured we had to use those new kiosk. Ordered our food took them about 15 mins to make a veggie and chicken Cesar wrap ( no lettuce) can't eat lettuce bc no gulbladder. I knew I should have checked them my mother's veggie was loaded with mayo and she doesn't eat mayo Ordered it without. My wrap came out with a whole salad on it. All the Cesar was on the lettuce so it was a dry chicken wrap by the time I was done it was just an overall bad experience won't be back I can't imagine during a rush...

Called in an order for a fresh cheese pazzo bread. Was told it would be about 10 minutes... I wait over 10 minutes and go in to get my food, they could not find my order when I than ask for a fresh cheese pazzo bread after I have paid for said pazzo bread. They hand me an old pazzo bread that has clearly been sitting a while and insist that it is fresh... The pazzo bread was barely warm, it had definitely been sitting there a while. I asked for a fresh pazzo bread again and they insisted that the pazzo bread i was getting was just out of the oven.... I got no fresh pazzo bread and left without getting my money back.... Would not recommend going to...

This place is just lazy first we tried to call and place an order and they picked up and set the phone down on counter so I could hear them talking to each waited for 10 mins before hanging so decided to go there and order, got attitude and could tell they didn't want to be working, then get home and all the food we order was under cooked. Had to finish cooking my son's pizza since it was still doughy And my husband sausage sub was still pink. Needless to say they won't be getting our...
