We placed an order 40 minutes ahead of a pick up time. We got there five minutes early, the order was not ready, but we let them know that we’re present. The staff neglected to make our order on time. 15 minutes later (10 minutes after the pick up time) they had still neglected to make our order and I let the staff know that it was now too late to wait and then I was leaving. They had yet to begin making our order. We called them back to get a refund. The manager refused to refund an order that they never began to make, even 20 minutes later, citing a previously unmentioned policy that we had not waited 15 minutes after the pickup time. So my wife had to argue with the manager for several minutes to convince him not to steal our money. And before they get off the phone, the manager who was working at 12:30 PM on November 1 could be heard in the background cussing his employee to “Hang up the damn phone.” Coorporate should not tolerate such...

The drink machine is down, they can’t toast sandwiches, etc. today I went in and they had old pink lettuce that they were serving. I told them I wasn’t comfortable eating it and asked for the lettuce beside of it that was fresh. They insisted that corporate requires them to serve the old lettuce first and that it’s just from the oxygen getting to it. Oxygen or not, no restaurant should be satisfied with presenting that image of themselves. I canceled my entire order due to this and left. Read moreI don't know if they had problems tonight. I pulled up front to the restaurant, it was 5:45. Lights were on. I got out of my car to go in. Restaurant was totally dark inside. I thought maybe I they had ran out of menu items and had to close. I was leaving went Thur the round about. Looked back over at restaurant, the lights were back on. Needless to say....if you need to close early, put a sign on the door. Do not turn the lights off when the customer gets ready to walk inside.
