Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Lexington

Not satisfied at all to early for my food to be cold...... 2 #8's popcorn chicken meal plus a order of BBQ jumbo popcorn chicken WITH tots everything in the bag was cold. No fries for either of my #8 , so I called back in and asked them to come get my food and they came back out got the bag and went back in and warned the food up and brought it back out with no fries again. Calmed back in there ask the manager she said I sent back it what was in the bag. I said I see you just warmed this up and sent it back out with no fries...... I said I paid for 2 fries, and said ok ma'am they will be out. Now I have waited for 35 min at this place and still couldn't eat this food cause popcorn chicken was hard as a brick and no dipping sauce no ketchup nothing at this point I'm so mad I just left I hate lexington ms Sonic food nasty and drinks are nasty and I paid 25 plus dollars 🙃😑 never ever will they get my...

Always a terrible experience here. They have never been able to get the order correct. I don't ask for anything special, just some onions on my hamburger. I can't recall a time when I actually got them. I have tried ordering through their app in the effort to get my food faster as they're very slow too. Using the app made my order even slower. I had to use the call box to see if my order was ready, they said it was and that they would be right out. It still took another 5 minutes past that call before it was brought out. The food was cold by that time too as who knows how long it sat there before they decided to actually bring it to me? Don't waste your time coming here, unless you want your food...

We have been driving for hours in the middle of no where. Excitement filled my 4 children when they saw the Sonic sign only to be followed by disappointment. Service was horrible. We could not understand what the girl taking the order was even saying. We repeated ourselves several times and our order came out wrong twice. The kids would not eat the fries, they tasted of stale grease. My chili cheese tots were so soggy that they fell apart when I stuck my fork into them. All around a huge disappointment for a car of 6 hungry people. We threw it away and counted...
