I placed a timed-ahead order this morning and did not receive any sort of confirmation email when the screen went blank and I had entered in my CC number. That’s a problem. I then ordered a second order an hour later, still didn’t get a confirmation email, but got a text from the chat bot DOT indicating my food was on its way. Then, I got the FIRST order as well. So…charged twice and got two orders. Not great!
How is it that you place an online order and NOT get confirmation emails? That would have solved the issue.
And when I went through the chat bot DOT to resolve the issue they said…call the store. So I did! When I called the store they said…call corporate!
Needless to say, all I wanted was a refund for the first order. Heck, offer me a coupon, an apology, SOMETHING! But this particular team member/manager said it’s not possible. So…it looks like I will not be purchasing food from this brand anymore, because of this location. Too many other options that will do the right thing next time.

Read moreGarbage customer service. I deliver food through Uber eats and lost connection on my phone in the middle of an order and couldn’t see my navigation information anymore. I stopped by to ask if I could use their wifi and they refused despite me explaining it was for my job. I told them I’d delete the wifi password and not use their wifi past getting navigation information and the guy at the counter still said no with an odd attitude. I’m sorry, but that’s just unreasonable to be so protective of a wifi password. If it were a sit down restaurant I would understand, but people rarely spend more than 10 minutes inside a Domino’s. I doubt me looking at navigation information for a minute would’ve slowed their wifi. Thankfully the people in the convenience store next door were much kinder and allowed me to use their wifi. I may not have been a buying pizza today, but I sure as hell won’t ever buy from Domino’s...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars for customer service I would 100%! Totally unacceptable service we placed our order online got the email that it was ready and to pick up at the window. Pulled up to the window waited for over 5 minutes nothing no one! We then proceeded to honk 3 separate times and were ignored by staff. I parked my car at the window and walked inside to find the staff on their phones and a girl finally looks up and gets to find my order but is unable to. The manager then came over and found it in no time because it had been sitting on the shelf ready the whole time. When I talked with the manger about this all I got was a sorry we didn’t see or hear you and that has to be complete BS! We won’t be ordering from this location Also there wasn’t a single other customer waiting so it’s good to know the 10 plus staff that you had working were just wasting your payroll and not doing anything...
