This review doesn’t have to do with the quality of their pizza but their terrible customer service today. We ordered from them for lunch on Thursday and absolutely loved their pizza! My husband picked it up and said the customer service was great. We enjoyed the pizza so much we recommend it to my sister who lives minutes from this place. She placed an order today and was told it would be ready at 12:40pm. She walked in and was told her pizza was “on the line” by the cashier. While the cashier was chatting to another customer my sister signed her receipt and even tipped for her to-go order since we told her how nice the staff were before. The cashier took my sister’s receipt while still talking to the other customer and rolled her eyes at receipt. My sister had to wait an additional 25 minutes for her pizza and watch as others were being served before her. The cashier handed my sister her pizza without a word. Not even a simple “have a good day”. When my sister asked for red peppers and cheese packets the cashier ignored her and walked away. A line cook then had to come and help her.

Their pizza is outstanding, but the experience my sister had today with the cashier has made this an establishment our family no longer wants to visit for a while. A cashier is the first person you see when you enter an establishment. They set the tone for...

We came in for an early dinner tonight on a Tuesday, the place was almost empty yet every single table (literally every table) was covered in crumbs and food and us four sat at a two person table with thinking the staff would get it. But they didn’t. It was $58 for two slices of pizza, a gf pizza and a salad. We watched a young staff worker touch cash in the till and then walk over and make my husband’s turning brown lettuce salad WITHOUT gloves. To follow, my kids pizza slices had been sitting on the trays not under heat for idk how long. Long enough they heated them in microwave and they both got stomach aches after. My gluten free pizza was absolute rubber. When we dumped our food and put our dishes away the two dish counter tubs were completely full, so full we had to set our dirty dishes next to the soda machine. Yet there were 5-6 teenage staff members ALL texting or talking drama the whole time. Nobody cleaning the dirty tables or dishes or asking about our food.

I know people only write reviews for the bad but I feel like the owners need to know how awful it was tonight. I usually only wrote good reviews. We’ve ate here two times before and it was great so I’m thinking tonight was a fluke. Either way, I don’t think I can get myself to...

Came in for dinner today. We were greeted by the same person who took our order at the counter. The person ringing us up was patient and was able to answer our questions. He did a great job of bringing us our food in a timely manner and checked on us throughout our meal (1 pizza, 2 slices, a salad, and 5 drinks), he even came to the table and asked us about refills on our drinks! He was very attentive and was the best part of our dining experience. We were happy with the food, everything was fresh and tasty. Even our picky kid enjoyed it! The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the one girl working there was wearing a top that showed her stomach, it is hot working in a kitchen, so I understand that, but she kept leaning her whole body on the counters and scrolling on her phone. It started grossing me out having our bare midriff on counters with pizza on it. She also went to the bathroom and went straight back into the kitchen without washing her hands. The food was great, but sadly we won’t be back due to the uncleanliness of that...

Pizza is okay. Not Naples style by any means. More like a Roman thin. Price for DIY three topping is marked up in person vs. what they have listed online. That was a bummer. Edit: It wasn’t Google. Your ordering system on your website lists the costs for the DIY 3 tipping as $24, when I did pickup, I was charged $25 a pie. No extras were added. Same toppings as I setup in my online order. I did not complete the online order as frankly the web site is glitchy. Called it in instead and just paid in person. Edit Again: looks like it’s your ordering system online jacked up. LL location price is $24 for 3 top DIY. The Kendal Yards location is $27.5 lol. Main menu on site does show $25. Attaching photo. Need a chat w/ that web dev.

Absolutely love this place! The pizza is excellent. Their vegan pie (pictured below) is legit. They clearly put a lot of thought into it. Great medley of roasted veggies, arugula, caramelized onions and a balsamic drizzle. Then we get a small regular pizza with olives for my 5 year old. The other perks of this location are that it's kitty corner to Sweet Annie's ice cream and an epic park for kids. We always go here, sit on the patio and enjoy the mountain views, then get ice cream, then visit the park. Perfect evening, great place to bring out of town guests too!
