Casey's — Restaurant in Liberty Township

This is in regards to the one in Hamilton on Water Tower road. I have called customer service over this location before and they assured me that they would take care of the issues but I stopped in there last night and it looks worse than before. I did get greeted by the employees who were sitting in the office doing nothing. There was spelt coffee and trash on the floor. Empty shelves I didn't take photos of the main floor but I did take photos of the ladies room. The store was in the same condition. As a shareholder, this is extremely upsetting to me, especially since this is a newer store and it is in a high traffic area. Its presentation represents ALL the Casey's and it is suggesting to think the people there don't care. On the flip side, the Casey's in Trenton is WONDERFUL! The people there take great pride in their store. The shelves are always fronted and there's always quick service with well-groomed employees. Bathrooms are always clean. Back to the store at hand, I believe corporate needs to send a mystery shopper in and then clean house. Fire everyone of them and get a crew that wants to work. It's apparent those toilets haven't been cleaned in a long time. I can only imagine what their kitchen...

I arrived at this Casey’s on Saturday a little before 5 PM. All the employees were on their phones when I walked in. I used the restroom, which looked it hadn’t been cleaned in several shifts. There was no soap in the bathroom, I asked the employees if they replace the bathroom soap. One employee asked the manager on duty if they could and he said “No” when I inquired as to why he simply said “We don’t know where it is”. Shortly after this another manger came in for his shift and they asked him where the soap is and he told them where it was. They still did not change the soap. Shortly after this as I was grabbing a drink from the cooler when I heard the employees mocking my voice saying “Can you replace the bathroom soap??” then laughing. Thought I'd stop in yesterday since it's a new store. Came back today for another butter pecan coffee. Same dirty rag from yesterday in the same spot on counter. All drip trays were filthy. Still no napkins stocked. Went over to get a fountain drink no lids stocked although 3 cases next to machine, had to open the box and pull it out myself. Floor not swept or mopped from yesterday either. Can't imagine what the kitchen looks like back there. Been to Casey's out East they were always...
