Louie's Pizza (Great Meadows) — Restaurant in Liberty Township

Ordered 2 pizzas and we had it delivered. One ham and mushrooms and the other plain for the kids. When it arrived kids sat down first to eat and started complaining of bad smell coming from the pizza. By the time I came over to the table they had eaten 1/3 of the slice each. As I approached them I smelled strong odor of kerosine coming from the pizza. Both of the pizzas had this strong odor. I called Louis right away to let the them know so they don't poison more people. But the owner started yelling at me, like I am making things up. So of course I went down to show them and now to get my refund. As soon as I entered the pizza place it was evident that who ever is cooking the pizza is also repair person for that kerosine heater. The smell was unbearable in there. Stay away...

Recommended to go here from a friend food butwas phenomenal very poor business practice was told that the specials listed on the board baked ziti for Mom lasagna for me that each came with a salad and garlic bread to our dismay after an enjoyable meal, i go to the registerto pay and the runs my credit card and I noticed the discrepancy what the total should have been that's when I was told that the specials do not include the salads and garlic bread so it was an additional $15 as opposed to what we had planned very poor business practice owner, wouldn't refund and rerun my card and just kept saying "oh next time"next time" well unfortunately again phenomenal food very poor business practice, actually ruined our meal. wills be no next time for...

I attended a birthday party here and the restaurant did a really good job of getting the pizzas out on time so they were nice and hot. And refilled the drink pitchers quickly. They were very accommodating, allowing a birthday cake and small decorations. The pizza was very good. I don't normally eat the crusts on my pizza but this crust was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The space was kind of narrow for the number of people in attendance but it worked out fine. A small thing to note was the bathrooms were...
