Millers Dockside Ice Cream — Restaurant in Liberty Township

Under new ownership. Switched from Hudsonville Ice Cream to Guernsey Farms Dairy Products, which is also made in Michigan.

I had a medium hand dip bourbon walnut cone. It was a fairly large serving. It was crazy how much it smelled and tasted like legitimate bourbon. It was packed with walnuts too, they don't skimp. At first the significant bourbon flavor was almost off putting a bit, but after a few minutes it started to come through and was really tasty.

Wife had a cookie dough cone, she liked it. Small was pretty decent size too. Our bill was somewhere just north of $7, seemed like a marginal price.

Great overall, with seating and the lake right behind it. Outdoor seating available. Rocking chair bench. Indoor seating....

The service was great and everyone was super friendly. The food.... PHENOMENAL! I ordered a double cheeseburger and holy smokes! I was expecting thing frozen hamburger patties. Not the case. The burger was so big I could take a whole bite and had to eat it in halves. It blows Frosty foods, or any other icecream place like it out of the water. Y'all now have my permanent business.
