Came here today 6/15 for Fathers Day breakfast with the family. Wish i remembered my servers name because she was very unfriendly and rude. She had very long finernails that i feel are inappropriate for her job. I ordered eggs Benedict, and i can make better sauce than that out of a pkgs it was horrible. My husband ordered ham and cheese omlet, and she forgot to put ham on the order, and he only got a plain omlet with just cheese on it. We called her over, and she said it was her fault and took half off for her mistake. My daughter n law ordered your stuff french toast, and that was bad as well. There was no cream cheese in between the french toast. When we called her over, she said it was there and melted out. Asked her to remove the french toast from the bill because it was soggy as well, and that was before she even put syrup on it. She gave us her attitude and said that is how it's supposed to be. Then in turn we heard her arguing with the manager about it how she wasn't getting snippy with us and she was.If i knew thats what she was ordering i would have stopped her cuz i got it there a few weeks ago and was the same. Nothing in the middle was very disappointed We have had stuffed french toast at other places, and yours by far is the worst. Lesson learned after 2 visits within weeks of each other won't be back...
Read moreNothing super extravagant or fancy. Just a good old fashioned diner. The coffee is mediocre and their breakfast is consistently tasty. The donuts and cinnamon rolls are decent and absolutely gigantic. I though the apple fritters were going to jump out of the case and eat ME!
I always get exactly what I ordered from a cheerful server who never lets my coffee run empty. Food generally comes out quick and hot. They understand how to actually cook an egg over medium. The home fries are delicious. And the chorizo breakfast burrito is so good.
I would love to see these new owners overhaul the interior. It is looking a bit old and dingy. It needs some new life in the decor to really express the overall "personality" of the place.
It is a spot on classic diner experience yet refreshing by having a more modern menu that includes all the classic favorites as well as some unique and newer trending options. The servers are all experienced and work hard so prepare to tip well since they will deserve it. The quite reasonable prices make this pretty easy. I enjoyed both the previous diners that occupied this location. But I can confidently say, Landmark is definitely the best incarnation so far. I feel quite fortunate to have this gem so...
Read moreThe food was decent, but the waitress did not inform us about upcharges on our bill. This place nickle and dimes you to death. A breakfast for 4 people (2 were kids) was $76 before tip. $12 in chocolate milk! Come on man......
After reading the reply.... Our waitress never informed us that the milk had no refills, we also ordered the powerhouse breakfast which was $14 which included sausage, bacon pancakes and toast. Basically.... we feel taken advantage of with little to no care even when we asked questions about our bill. The waitress shrugged her shoulders and walked away and also the person at the check out was very dismissive in her response. So I paid and left.
Overall not a great experience and your response to this...
