Jo-Lynn Pizza — Restaurant in Liberty

This is how Jo lynn's in liberty treat their customers I waited 1.5 hours for cold food and forgotten fries. then I call they said oh well remake it for you and send your fries over. I said you don't really need to do that I just had a long week and I'm tierd and hungry. They insisted on remaking it okay. Kids are hungry so we feed them so pizza and salad. Cut the drivers back okay the food hot everything's there I go to sit down too eat and he's knocking again. I answer the door he says I'm waiting for the food you need to return 😲 like what we were supposed to sit at home hungry waiting he just came by the way smelling food while you took your time. I told him at no point was I told I had to return the order they completely messed up honestly they could have had the food I'd rather have a refund. I have a 5 year old and 1 year old we were supposed to wait a total of 2.5 hours to eat the food we paid for. I wasn't even rude I just said btw are food was also ice cold when it got here. I manage a couple business if I have a problem I'd like to know about it. We...

We eat there a few times monthly and to be honest it is very hit or miss. When it's hit the food is good but when it's miss the food is horrible. Must be who is working. For example, ordered pizza, gyro, and wings last night. The pizza was very burnt, noticeably and they still gave it to us. The wings were pink inside, yea the pink under cooked color that makes one sick. The gyro was almost all lettuce and very little meat. Hopefully, they figure it out.

Update...12-13-24 at 5:30 pm. Got wings again, was a little upset that I was told 20 to 25 minutes. Showed up and had to wait an additional 25 minutes. I understand it gets busy but how about offering something for making a customer sit there and wait for almost a half hour? Some kind of a discount? A glass of water? Now add to that the wings were very mushy, ate two and had to throw the rest away. Very...

This pains me to write this, but I hope Jo Lynn's sees this for improvement. I ordered food from here for the first time since the fire happened, and sadly it was really poor. I got an order of french fries, and a large white pizza. The french fries were inedible. Totally soggy, bitter, and no salt on them at all. Then the pizza had the worst crust I've ever had from a take out place. It was very dense and bread like. There was almost no color to it, and no crisp whatsoever. The white sauce tasted like something I get in a jar from the grocery store, and the tomatoes were just mush. Jo Lynn's was my favorite pizza place before the fire, me and my family ordered from there on a weekly basis, but now it's horribly disappointing, and I hope they can fix the issues...
