I normally extend grace to those who are in the need of extra prayer but I’ve worked at Culver’s in the past and our managers did an excellent job making sure customers expectations were met and everyone left happy and full. This is not the first time with this mcDonald’s and I just need to rant There use to be a lady at the second drive threw window who would take your receipt from you and would say pull up and we will bring your food out to you, well countless times I have waited over 30 mins and never received food and had to go around and argue with someone because the lady took my receipt and they wanted to see it again even tho she was supost to take care of it so I just said god bless you and went to Taco Bell Well today I waited yet again for my hamburger large Dr Pepper and small fry and yet again my hamburger had cheese on it (for those who don’t know I am very allergic to American cheese) and my Dr Pepper just complete carbonation no Dr Pepper, when I let them kindly know I waited another 30 mins on my HAMBURGER only ketchup went around they had no idea what I was even talking about only to find out my order had been sitting on the counter by the drive threw window for over 30 mins And when I asked for a new Dr Pepper and said politely they might want to change out their Dr Pepper cus some times you don’t know and you forget I understand again I tried to have sympathy well I ask if I can get another one and they guys handed me what looked like ice tea and I took a drink and it was pure carbonation and i realized he handed me Dr Pepper again without changing it didn’t apologize or offer me something different and I just handed it back and just kindly said “thank you but I’m okay” and after that one I will not be going to this location again And yet I still wonder why all the smaller family restaurants if they mess up one time no one goes back but we keep crawling back to mc Donald’s even tho they mess up countless times.

A scathing review… We stopped into this McDonald’s to order a big Mac meal and a 10 piece nugget with large fry and a large mocha frappe.. we got a medium fry that was half full of cold fries and a half empty frappe.. when I called we got the run around by someone saying they’d done the frappes perfect all day and hadn’t sent any out half full and that it probably just melted.. riiiiiiight…. I payed for half of a nearly 7 dollar drink and basically got told to deal with it.. this is bull** with the ridiculous cost of food these days I payed over $30 to feed two people and I was paying for the convenience.. getting cold food on top of only getting half the food we payed for is far from the customer service experience I was expecting.. the least they can do is not short change customers on what they are actually paying for.. I feel like this was done purposefully by management to cut costs and sell old stale product.. this is completely unacceptable and we will not be returning to this location until a change of management has been instituted and I would also warn any potential customers of the horrid service and unreliability of the management at this facility. Double check all your orders BEFORE leaving the drive through or even better yet, skip this place altogether and go somewhere else if your craving a burger.. I suggest The Village restaurant right down the road, better burgers and top notch service.. I’d even take Hardee’s over this...
Read moreI have spent thousands of dollars at this store over the years. And I don’t think my order has been exactly what I paid for. Not once. Every morning I order two ice coffees the exact same way. But I get two different tasting coffees. There are multiple staff members on the morning, afternoon, and evening shift that are rude when you ask them to fix the issues. This is by far the WORST McDonald’s within 100 miles of liberty. People should not have to spend their hard earned money on food and drinks for the food/drinks to be messed up and then catch attitude when you want it corrected. There was a young man at the drive thru register this morning that deliberately made faces at me while his manager was trying to fix the mistake he had made with my order. This place needs entire new management. And entire new staff. This is ridiculous. And it’s pathetic. And it’s people like this that want 15-20$ an hour and can’t even get simple food orders correct. 15-20$ an hour for what? An IQ smaller than the average shoe size? If you can’t even get simple food/drink orders correct and give patrons the respect they deserve what makes you think you’re qualified for that kind of pay? And then I find out that y’all have mice/rat problems. And you’ve served raw hamburgers to people. Won’t be spending another dime here. Thanks...
