I have gave this restaurant so many chances to prove me wrong and I have been very patient and did not want to leave a bad review but enough is enough. The waiters have horrible attitudes. You can order the same food each week at the same time and your prices are different when your rang up. I'm not trying to go there but just to be honest it feels like the Hispanic crowd gets better service based on seeing on several occasions thier crowd be waited on and receiving their food before us even though the crowd was same size. This could be just my feelings due to the poor service we have gotten. I was at my breaking point after I visited the restaurant and found there was no soap in the bathroom. I really wanted to wash my hands before I ate and I noticed there was no soap so I go to the front counter and ask for soap she lady says they have not had soap in there for two days. Why she told me that I dunno but I went back to my table and told the crowd I was with that they had no soap in the restrooms for two days. I needed to was my hands! I was discusted with the thought of everyone wlking out and not washing their hands our waiter overheard me having a conversation with the crowd I was with and got a bad attitude she ended up bringing a broke soap dispenser to our table which was uncalled for also unsanitary just replace it! Don't cause a scene or try to make the customer look like the victim for calling it like it is fixthe damn 5 dollar soap dispenser so you are not making everyone sick simple as that. I am done with eating at this place i have given them more than enough chances to prove they are worth coming back. The food is delicious the workers absolutely...

I have eaten here on multiple occasions, but never quite had service as horrible as tonight. It started by sitting at my table waiting to be greeted. It wasn’t too long, maybe about 10 minutes. A man in a black shirt who I can only assume was the manager took my drink order and disappeared. I never saw that drink. Eventually, about 20 minutes in, my server got to the table. She took my drink order again, as if I never ordered to begin with. About 15 minutes later she took my order. A very very young man came by and dropped off waters for us. Mind you, by young man I mean child. Maybe 10 years old. The server kept coming back and promising the drinks would be there soon, but kept coming back empty handed. Eventually, we got our food. The food was good. My friend finally got her margarita only to realize it was not the right flavor. The server fixed it by giving her a chalice of juice with no liquor. Finally my margarita came and lo and behold it was another chalice of juice that was the complete wrong flavor. I have worked in the service industry and understand how hard it can be to be understaffed. A simple communication from the server would have helped. It was very upsetting to be promised drinks the whole time we were there (over an hour) only to get them after our meal. We got no discount, no apology. Very upsetting from this rather popular restaurant. My food was $14 dollars. The drink was $15. Insane costs for such...

My husband and I visited on Mother’s Day, with his mom. What was supposed to be an amazing dinner at a highly rated local spot turned out to be a dud. Upon waking in it was immediately uncomfortable. Multiple servers walked right by us without even greeting us. The restaurant truly only had about 5 tables sat, so they weren’t crazy busy. After a gentleman finally greeted us he told us it’d be a few minutes to wipe down a table. Which as I mentioned previously they weren’t busy and had many many open, clean tables. No biggie though, we waited. After 15 minutes go by we are finally sat. We then sat another 15 minutes waiting and watching as server after server passed us by. We were not even given a menu upon being sat down. We ended up leaving, without anyone saying anything else to us. Such a waste of time and truly put a damper on...

If you are reading this....yes....you should already be on your way!! We live on the other side of Fayetteville (45 minutes away) and come here for a casual date night at least a couple of times a year. This was the first time we started with the guacamole. Never had it with cheese and fresh pico on it. It was really good but I have one complaint about it....the bowl was way to tiny!!! Never less it was really good. My wife and I ate the Friday special quesabirrias (3 beef brisket and cheese tacos) served with consome soup and pickled onions. The addition of habanero to the pickled onions was a nice tongue tingling kick. We also had the black beans which are a family favorite. Great customer service and can’t wait until we make the worth while drive back for our next date night.

This place is the most amazing Mexican restaurant I've ever had the pleasure of eating at. The waitress we had was AMAZING, I can not stress enough how awesome she was. Our toddler spilled his lemon aid all over the table and she got us up and cleaned the table quickly with another member of the staff. She also talked to my toddler a lot and it just made me happy how included he was and how sweet she was to him and us. If you ever find yourself in Lillington you HAVE to try this place! Amazing service, amazing food, amazing interior too, it's very quaint and cozy. (Highly recommend the chorizo dip and the Oaxaca Nachos)

I visited Tacos Oaxaca Mexican Restaurant with a party of four and was disappointed with the experience. Despite the restaurant not being busy, it took over 20 minutes for anyone to take our order. The menus were filthy, with visible food stains, which was very off-putting. The staff seemed inattentive, forgetting to bring tortillas and condiments we requested. Unfortunately, the lack of care in both service and cleanliness left much to be desired.
