I have been a big supporter of Casey’s for years and was thrilled to have one opening right around the corner from my house in Lincoln. Unfortunately, this new location has been a major disappointment from the start, forcing me to go out of my way to another company's gas station instead.
Cleanliness: This store is consistently filthy and messy. Every time I've visited, the floors have been sticky, the counters cluttered, and boxes of supplies are scattered everywhere. Despite this, many items are poorly stocked and stored.
Staff: The staff at this location are terrible. They are rude, often on their phones, and give the impression that customers are an inconvenience. There are always too many staff members who are poorly managed and distracted, leading to long lines at the counter.
Pizza: I love Casey’s pizza, but I’ve had issues with my orders three times and have given up on ordering from here. While most Casey’s locations keep their hot, fresh food regularly stocked, this location often has nothing prepared when I arrive.
Overall, my excitement for this new Casey’s has turned into frustration and disappointment. I hope ownership makes management and staffing changes to take action to improve this store, but until then, I will be taking my...
Read moreWhere to start, never opens on time with three construction sites across the street and a college! You would think a business that sells food, let alone Casey’s breakfast pizza! Would be open on time. Also when there is food, it is always slim pickings. Not sure if it’s just staffing issues or poor management / scheduling but I have yet to be to any other Casey’s and experience late opening. Dirty restrooms, no toilet paper and no paper towels in the men’s room. Restrooms are the biggest representation of any business, let alone one that sells food and considers themselves a convenient store. Losing customers is not good for any business, and it seems like the management and employees don’t care if customers come back. Not sure what happened to the level of care and pride that Casey’s had in it store and employees but changes need made. And for the love of god, if you can’t open on time and be ready for business! Then change your hours on the door...
Read moreI come here by necessity (it's close to work) but I really wish there were other options. To start, the trash cans outside are almost always overflowing, like so bad that you can't throw a bottle away. Service inside is meh...I guess if you don't mind your cashier checking you out with one hand and looking at their phone with the other then it's great. One guy (maybe the manager) parks his white crown vic right up front at the closest spot everyday which is just unprofessional. You save those spots for customers, they aren't there so you can walk 20 less steps to your car. Speaking of, he will sit there and smoke with his windows down on his break and all the customers have to walk right past him. It would take very little effort to be professional but this caseys gives off the vibe that everyone there is on drugs. I'm sure they are short staffed and can't hire anyone so this is the quality that we...
