This used to be one of my favorite Dunkin's but my experience today has me never wanting to return. I was placing a larger order so went inside as I didn't want to hold up the drive thru (Common courtesy for those that don't know). But what I witnessed by half of the staff was disgraceful. I walked in to what appeared to be a supervisor or manager yelling at or about another employee while walking towards the back with 2 other employees. There was one girl working the drive thru window. One boy making sandwiches. One boy trying to help the other 2 on drive thru. They were trying. I waited 2 minutes with no acknowledgement. At that point, the "supervisor" and 2 other employees came out from the back and started walking outside. The helper asked where they were going. One told him it was none of his business. I was still unacknowledged. Finally after almost 5 minutes, the girl working the drive thru asked the helper to assist me. He did apologize and I was cutting them slack as at least they were trying. So I placed my order and waited patiently. Meanwhile, 2 other customers had come in and also had to wait. The other 3 staff members made there way back in but none of them tried to help the paying customers. One had friends come in and she made them drinks (no payment was exchanged) while yelling across the store back and forth to them and very inappropriately. One of the other paying customers and I were waiting for our food, looking at each other in disbelief, and trying to point out how horrible it all came off to the "supervisor" until she started up with more yelling and vulgarity. Finally my food was ready and I was out of there. I wish I knew the names of the 3 that were actually holding the place together (all appeared to be teens) while the other 3 twenty somethings were causing scenes and catering to their friends. Those kids were trying and I wouldn't have blamed any of them for walking out. I really hope the owner of this establishment reads reviews because you have your work cut out for you. Everyone has bad days but this...
Read moreMy usual morning trip to Dunkin’s was accompanied by a VERY rude and unprofessional manager who would rather disrespect customers then take responsibility for their own wrong doings. I was never give the correct change & had the window slammed in my face as she laughed and walked away from me. I had to personally contact the corporate office to handle this matter to then be emailed that NANCY did in fact mess up and I would be able to get my change at my next visit. I went back nearly 2 hours after receiving that email from corporate & I was told by a staff member that “by Nancy’s mood she won’t be in until tomorrow.” Reminding you this is the same woman this Dunkin location has as a MANAGER. I am appalled, disgusted and feel disrespected. I am a regular customer but will no longer be coming to this location. As honesty should be a FIRST policy. Mistakes are made, as we are all HUMAN ! But to disrespect a customer over your own mistakes & make no effort in apologizing is not the behavior of a manager and I honestly pray for those workers who had to apologize for their managers behavior. As that is a sad sad case. Sincerely, a very unsatisfied and disappointed regular of Lincoln...
Read moreI don't understand all the negative reviews about this location. It's really not that serious. We're talking about donuts and coffee, people....it's not an emergency room. lol... Get a grip. I've been coming here for years because the place is clean, the staff has always been polite, and they've never screwed up an order. But honestly...here's some life advice for customers who always seem to have bad experiences...everywhere they go. If you're always running into issues, maybe you're the problem? If you walk into an establishment with a chip on your shoulder, you can't expect everyone to make excuses for your bad attitude and victim complex. I'm middle aged, and I can honestly say that in the 45 years I've been on this planet I can count the number of unsavory customer service experiences I've had, on one hand. The response you receive is often a reflection of the energy you put into...
