Go to another location . Went inside to buy several dozen donuts , waited in line there was one person in front of us and it was my turn, the employees said hold on a minute I will be right back my sister and I said okay she then worked the drive thru approx e cars . When she came back my sister ask are you the only one here she said no there is another girl but I don't know where she is okay. She went back to the drive up window. Waited and the missing girl appears and ask can i help you ok we need several dozen donuts her response was we are out of boxes I can put them in bags (these where small bags Employee said can I just do an assortment well no we would like to pick she crammed 9 donuts in a bag smashing them all and filled so far we could not close the bag, she grabbed a second bag everything that was ordered we had to guide her to them after the second half dozen my sister said I am done I will stop at another location. I decided to just get a half dozen and a coffee I got 2 different ones 3 each I paid for my order and she walks away soon comes back and ask can I help you um yes I paid for a coffee she said oh I will make it mow leaves again and the 2 girls are complaining to each other they need more help , no other customers where in the store and none at the drive thru. Got home as as we expected the donuts are smashed and toppings are off. While they still tast okay they don't look the beat. This was as 10am on a Tuesday based on the business I assume this is the normal experience people get so they go elsewhere. I know it is difficult to find employees but these 2 are not helping the...

If I could give this location 0 stars I would… I used to love going through this drive they before work, all friendly staff, fast service, etc. but recently within the last 3 months they have gone downhill. I usually don’t stop here for coffee anymore because the line is out of the parking lot most of the time. I’ve gone there 2 times in the last 2 months and have had terrible experiences. Both times I was sitting in the drive thru line for 30-40 minutes before even reaching the menu to order. the most recent time I went, they had completely messed my order up, I ordered 2 iced coffees and a sandwich and donut. they ended up giving me 3 coffees, no sandwich and 2 donuts… which I was all charged for. When i asked for the receipt she was very reluctant on giving it to me as she knew something wasn’t right. After they had overcharged me and messed up my order AFTER SITTING IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR 40 minutes, my patience was running low. I asked for a free coupon for next time or a discount or anything. She tries handing me a 4th coffee and just says “sorry” i made sure to let her know I will be coming back to speak with a manager as their wasn’t one in the store that day. For that being said they have terrible customer service, food and coffee isn’t even quality anymore, and their service is terrible. you’re better off hitting up starbucks...
