This is the worst Pizza Hut I have EVER ordered from hands down! After we received our order which was incorrect, I called the store and spoke (respectfully) to the gentleman about the order and he out right called me a liar!! ( jaw drop) I received two cheese sticks cut into quarters (Total 8) which was over cooked and the cheeses was all over, instead of our garlic knots (which you are to get 10) ... I ordered Cajun fries and they were plain... I asked for the manager and the gentleman said “that’s me and you got the right order” I again tried to explain that what I ordered was not what I received and wanted to send/email him a picture, he said that’s how they do things there. So if you order garlic knots you should just order cheese sticks and you’ll get more for less.

I can not even express to you how frustrated I was after that call that I couldn’t even eat it. Worse customer service I have experienced and will never order from them again. Save yourself the the pain in the a$$ and money go somewhere else... even if that’s out of your way Pizza Hut,...

Waited about 20 min past due time for my order then called when it didnt show up. Driver said he delivered but never did, the person answering says "welp i guess well just have to remake it, itll be another 25 minutes." No free soda, no apology, nothing, just "youll have to wait another 25 minutes"

Great idea to do a non-delivery and then tell me "the driver said he delivered it" Dont insult me, if im calling because i never got my order its BECAUSE I NEVER GOT MY ORDER!

2 stars because at least they remade the order, may edit 1 star and a corporate complaint if i dont get that.

Update- the driver delivered the 1st one to a house a block down, who called me to let me know. Still waiting on MY order that hasnt been partially eaten by another family. -got MY order, same driver, tried to say the wind mustve blown it away (already know he delivered it 2 blocks diwn, admittedly similar house number on my street) What started as an honest mistake turned into a mess....

I had the worst experience with one of the employees yesterday. I was waiting for the pizza that I had ordered almost thirty minutes prior in the front of the store, when Jason the shift lead approached me with attitude. He asked why I was standing in the front of the store just watching? I’m not sure if he forgot that I had just spoken with him to ask about my order. He proceeded to kick me out of the store for no reason. Another customer said he would never go back to a Pizza Hut for what he saw. That same employee then went on to say that he would call the police if I did not leave the store... I had not either received me pizza or a refund at that time. I let him know that I was ok with him calling the police since Pizza Hut had just robbed me basically. I wish I had the option of putting no stars in this review, since there was no merit for a...
