Pizza Mia Hanscom — Restaurant in Lincoln

Not impressed with this place. Ordered a pizza and the whole box came oily. If I wasn’t starving, I wouldn’t have ate the less oily parts. The pizza was “okay” but the appearance was awful. Who wants to receive food like this? First and last time ordering from this place.

Alright, so the previous review I submitted was two months ago. Since then, I decided to give Pizza Mia another try. I decided to try the Grilled Chicken Caesar salad that someone recommended. The salad was pretty good. The chicken was well seasoned and they weren’t stingy with the dressing. Not bad for a salad. I also tried the BLT sandwich with an over easy egg and it was SO DAMN GOOD. I’ve had BLT sandwiches before, but none like this one. Def recommend it. Most recently, my wife ordered a breakfast pizza. I wasn’t even going to try another pizza cause of my first experience, but this one wasn’t bad at all. The flavor was real good and it wasn’t all oily like the pizza from two months ago. They eat YOUR food in the back. Ordered a classic cheese burger with steak fries. While waiting I was standing by the drink refer so I could see into the fry station. The older man who does the deliveries walks in drops his bag off and walk back to the fry station. There is a bowl sitting under the heat lamp with my pre-portioned cooked order of fry’s. Old man reaches into the bowl and digs out 4 steak fries. While doing so he is in full view of and talking with the cooks in the back. In fact as he walk back out to the front the female cook sarcastically asks if he’s wants anything to eat…as he is munching on my fries. So I continue to watch the cook take that bowl of fries away and wouldn’t you know my order is ready. With the order of fries, now slightly less, due to an employee eating them. Bring it to the attention of the people working and of course I get the ignorance act as homeboy is literally sitting there gnawing...

Ordered a large of everything we got,, didn't know the difference between large and small,,, then the lady give me price on the phone, which I thought was a little high. It was pick up and I got there 5 or 10 minutes early,,, it was ready, drove home and when I opened it up,,, it was unbelievable large and it was cooked perfect, WOW, couldn't eat it all but we tried. I read the reviews, and they were not lying, man that was good. Now I have to deal with extra weight I put on. The young Lady that waited on me was super nice ( and very cute).
