Pizza Village Cafe III — Restaurant in Linden

I put a posting, but I guess for whatever reason it didn’t show yesterday. Over the last year and a half this pizzeria has gone down to tubes. After nine years of loyal patronage, the customer service, and the food has really suffered. When I ordered chicken cutlet Parmesan, I was asked when I like pasta on the side I said OK spaghetti and I ordered garlic knots. When it was delivered to my house they were in two separate containers and I don’t know what that was but it was not chicken. It was so thin that the breading spaghetti was dry and they charged me $29. I called the manager and the owner wasn’t there so over the next few days I called I finally got a hold of the manager give me a $15 credit. Even though they charged me separately chicken and the spaghetti said it should’ve been a platter.. rather than argue I said I would except the $15 credit and if they wanted they could pick up the food because it was an edible or. He told me no need throw it out that’ll week ago I called to order a pizza and use my $15 credit and then employer Danny was very rude and insisting he gave it to me the same night. When I told him I didn’t he told me I don’t have to come there anymore. I agreed that there were other pizzerias, but then yesterday my son called and tried to order a pizza and the same rude disrespectful nasty employee, danny told him that we are not allowed to order from their store anymore and then told me that there was no reason for it and it is no manager and no owner available and he can’t call them because he doesn’t have their number. I would just have to deal with it or make overview so I’m making...

I went ahead, and read some of the comments about this place before I gave my option about it. I do not call to place an order. This seems to be an issue that has been brought before.

My experience is always welcomed by a smile. They are attentive, and bring the food to you most of the time. Eating in to me is apart of the fun to this place. Food has always been good until the last time I went there. To fault them for 1 order of many doesn't sit well with me, and will chaulk it up to an accident.

If I could rate a 0 I would as I'm entering the store one of the workers was coming out the bathroom I'm looking at his hands they looked a bit dry but he proceeded behind the counter so I placed my order with another young guy and he went over to the worker that came out the bathroom gave him my order he put his apron on and took the dough out to make my pizza with his bare hands with out washing his hand my daughter and I was so disgusted we did not stay we left without coming back to pick...
