Very bad experience at the Sonic in Linden TN today. Poor customer service and lack of management or supervision was very prevalent. I struggled with the teenage female on the other end of the speaker, trying to get my order correct. I ended up dealing with huffing and puffing, audible scoffing, because she was frustrated that she couldn't understand what I was saying.
